I only believe in updates on this and similar sites. But i want to believe this game will be resurrected since it was too good. So i dont have a bleeding heart each time bc spills more excuses, but it annoys me.

I stopped supporting them because I can't afford paying for project that doesn't progress in any way.
I'm just greatly disappointed, none amount of explanation on discord or patreon doesn't seem sincere anymore... The only thing that could convince me otherwise is a drop of some huge content update, but sadly this doesn't seem to be the case.
And to think that on a roadmap released about 3 years ago end of 2021 was supposed to be when full game is released, full year of story... Or was it end of 2022? Does it still even matter? Even back then it sounded fishy... Oh, well...

The fact of the matter is, the longer Bluecat fucks around twiddling his thumbs the more paying supporters he will lose which has a direct correlation to a reduction in quality because he won't be able to pay whoever for the added effects he could before. I'm not sure where their peak was at but for example I'll assume the goal with added sound effects and 2d gfx artist was something he had previously but not anymore so that's a quality reduction right there.
There's no guarantee supports will come back after the merge is done, they may play wait and see since Bluecat will have to prove themselves again which means the immediate updates will likely be affected negatively in quality and I hope Bluecat isn't counting on it just going back to normal quickly.

I mean, could just stop talking all together I guess?, maybe if you let the forum die the people who support the dev will realize that nothings happening with the game and stop supporting it faster which would lead to the Dev team getting of there collective ass's and actually clearing up what's going on with real updates instead of vague pseudo updates that say alot without telling us anything. or start working on an actual update to the game and not a "month 1" collection that obviously isn't working.
... or you could just stop following it until a new update pops up on the Latest page.

well if you swing by their discord, the general channel is quite active but basically its a hugfest, never saw any technical question asked or answered. soooo yeah they are active but who knows when it will happen.

With each passing day I am growing more and more flabbergasted by the sheer incompetence of their team. It is a renpy game, I have yet to see a single renpy game slow down for technical issues for a bit, not to mention a whole effing year.
Its not like it is trying to reinvent the wheel either, no free roam or anything. Just... why.

And when exactly in the post did I use the words "stupid bullshit"? are your feelings hurt? did my having an opinion on how to get the DEVs to say anything with actual substance offend you in some way? YOU asked what else to talk about other than Mao being an ntr baby or not, and I gave my opinion as the answer. I asked you're opinion because I was trying to open up different topics on conversation, which you chose to just shut me down on, but saying "nothing". If I'd known how you would respond, I would have just ignored you like I do with everyone else I don't want to engage with.

Anyway, for the sake of keeping things on topic: @ anyonewhocares: If there was one thing you could remove from the story, what would it be? And how big or small of an impact would it have?
You know what I'll be a hypocrite and respond this one last time cause I like this question, I'd probably remove the shit with Fuyu's mom, the MC is supposed to be some unrivalled bad ass the beat his own masters in there own martial arts and then destroyed the underground fighting world. why the hell would he actually be afraid of a yakuza boss? I could understand pretending to be afraid for the sake of keeping up his "I'm totally not a bad ass that might have killed people" act, but actually being afraid of her or her organization is kinda dumb to me. just sayin'
I don't know what I would actually remove, but I would have made things progress a little slower with Saki. Himiko and Mao had clear feelings for Matsu since before the game opened up, yet Saki was the first to both kiss and get any action with him. Seemed a bit odd too that both Himoko and Saki made a move the exact same day. I like Saki, but I think it have been more interesting if she spent the remainder of week 1 contemplating her feelings before making a move in week 2.

Been a while since I'm played through the game. Is he arfraid for himself, or his family? If it's the latter, then I could understand. But yeah, he's basically Kiryu Kazama from Yakuza, but with incest and rape, so him fearing for his life isn't the most believable. Especially since he has multiple Yakuza clans wrapped around his penis at the moment.
I always felt Saki and Himiko switch pacing after a certain point. Himiko was the most eager to get Matsu into bed, but is currently treated as a fragile little girl that he can't risk breaking, and Saki had shown she needed to take things slow, but suddenly jumps him out of the blue in a rather anticlimactic sex scene. That's not even taking into account the scene where Matsu almost rapes her, which would would think would make her even more hesitant. So, yeah, I'm with you on this one.
For me, I'd remove Crazy Nurse in the hope that the teachers would have their first times with Matsu actually mean anything beyond some shallow orgy, and Haruka and Chiaki could have content that's not just there for the sake of ticking off the the Living Sex Doll kink.

I like the crazy nurse, but I definitely agree that the orgy shouldn't have been included for the first time with all the teachers. No. Presumably the bulk of the work is done and they're now testing for a proper release this month or next. I say presumably because the last progress update was super vague and I don't even know if the merge is mostly complete or if they've switched to the backup plan. Either way it shouldn't take to the end of the year for an update.
