Nah, not a dreamer. Never said where it would be on month two. Seeing how great and amazing this dev team has been it'll probably be day one of month two at the beginning of 2026 and the last day of week one will be finished in 2038.

Since Bluecat is "working" on month two right now, according to Skummy, I'd say technically we are in month two, just not released.

It is so disappointing to see that nothing has happened yet. Anything would be better than nothing.

I understand that finding good translators for an adult game could be hard, and for a game with this kind of content even harder. If you can't find a translator, write it in broken English and have a native speaker clean it up. Plenty of games are done that way. It's an adult game, not the next great novel, it doesn't need to be perfect.

According to him, he felt it was pointless as he was pretty much saying the same thing over and over. Which, I get, cause everyone was saying the same thing too.

I requested from him recently, that he give more detailed and technical updates, but he said he wanted to keep it simple so we didn't get confused. When I pushed him on it still being the better route to take, he got really defensive. I don't think he actually wants feed back.

My disappointment now, is at THIS site, not understanding whats going on or doing anything to mark the thread appropriately. Forums are where people actively engage in lively debate in differing opinions, but this is beyond that, its an ongoing shitshow that produces far too much serious upset. To hell with Patreon and the others. But, I'm not a mod.

NO! There has been NOTHING about percentages, how much is done, or how much is left since the very fucking beginning. The ONLY damn thing has been a gitlab that shows that Latecomer is "working". Last time I saw it had not been updated in 3 weeks. Probably still hasn't.

If you want to find out about recent updates, search the thread for a guy named Skummy Ecchi. He has posted all updates since the beginning. Click his name, go to postings. You'll find everything.

Same thing happened to me at the start of 2020. I was playing one of the new releases at the time, then my computer crashed. I don't tend to backup my porn folders so lost my save and didn't feel like starting over at the time. A few months later I saw they were working on a merge so I just waited. Still waiting because if this merge ever comes out I'll be needing to restart it anyway. That's best case scenario. If this game is dead then I also don't want to restart it just to see the last few days of a game that's never going to get another installment.

Best case scenario: This gets updated this year. When? No clue, if i had to guess ill say in the next 6 months. (Its legit following the same steps as Waifu Academy )
Worst case scenario: Game marked as abandoned and we move on, it was a good game, sad to put it into the list

As for people not understanding. I don't think it would be that big of an issue. Most of what Latecomer said was simple enough to understand, and the stuff that wasn't, was translated by the few who did know about coding. Even ignoring the forum, this Discord server has plenty of people who I'm sure would be willing to help out anyone who didn't understand.

As is, most of the status updates feel bare of any substantial information, which is a big source of people's frustration.

We did get confirmation that "Plan B" that was alluded to when he set the last deadline is canning the merge and moving on with the new content. So, if this isn't bullshit, then we're moving onto Day 22+, but, according to Skummy, with none of the new mechanics or fixes that were to be introduced the merge. I have mixed feelings on this tbh

I'd rather they just start from scratch and build up what the merge was supposed to be, as slapping tape onto the original jank clearly wasn't working. They've proven that they can get content that's is built from scratch out the door in a timely manner, at least. By moving onto Day 22+, it feels like they're just delaying the need to do something until it becomes even more work.

But then, I'm a compulsive restarter in games, so this could just be that affecting my judgement lol

It's just that, from my admittedly non-coder perspective, it feels like that's the best way to get that strong foundation you want.
