You could do the same as they do on their discord: flood relevant posts under pat gifs and cats pictures... Or create reaction memes from random manga titled "Blue-sama when..."
April is apparently the deadline for getting marked as abandoned according to another person here, and he was basing that on a mod saying it. Not sure if that's accurate, but it's something. I'm leaning towards it being legit, because "Come Inside" was marks as Abandoned a few months ago, and the dev didn't seem to agree as they were still making posts like BC does. Maybe even more frequent than BC.
As I said before, they could make some bullshit 5Mo update, maybe some kind of special episode(lol), just to reset the 18months(?) limit.
IMO, what BC have done every 2.5 months with his BS patreon posts should tell you that he's not above that sort of practice.
But at this point I don't think this game statut on F95 is that important, I mean it litteraly take a couple of seconds to see that this game wasn't updated since 2020, I'm certainly not gonna cry over people who feel scammed because they couldn't look into that before pledging.
Also I don't think an abandonned tag would impact their patreon or motivate them to actuallty work, BC could litterally announce he's abandonning his project and still get 2k/month until the end of times.
People are free to burn their money into whatever project they want, I don't really care.
So yeah, good for BC, I guess and I certainly won't blame him for that.
That's sad for other devs who work on their projects and desesperatly need money, but hey, that's life.
