While I agree with this site's particular allowances and/or restrictions are up for debate(in the context of piracy), not all games here are uploaded by the devs. So, if someone else brings us content (whether or not the dev gives their consent) that would usually only be available on Patreon or any other site typically requiring a voluntary "donation" to access it, that act itself can be construed as piracy. Regardless of any specific aspects that you may consider being defined as piracy.a pirating site, doesn't care if its extra content or even just status update that is paywalled, they allow everything that is not free to be shared on the site so the member can get it for free
This site, like any other, has the right to put TOS rules into effect since it's also a forum(among other things) and can enforce them as they see fit. It's privately owned and thus, your definition of piracy is moot since you have zero say in how they go about managing it.
