I had a whole post typed up about not understanding why a girl having an active sex-life while not in a relationship with the MC is such a dealbreaker, but I decided this isn't a hill I'm willing to die on. I said all I have to say on the matter.

Instead, I'll agree with Avaron and say we should be discussing one of the many other interesting aspects of the game!
So what about that Chloe, huh? She's one of my favorites. Can't say I was very surprised by the revelation this update, but I hope there's more to her story. It would suck if she's just a hypocrite and that'd be all.

Yeah once again having an active sex life isn't a problem for me. It's the having her forced to have sex basically raped that was the issue. Because regardless of what people say nonconsensual sex is rape. If someone is blackmailing you to have sex its nonconsensual.

Also, after some careful deliberation on the whole Madison situation, we've decided to go the route discussed earlier in the thread. In other words, Madison's current Day 9 scene will be removed and she will instead be seen stripping there and won't be an escort. Unrevealed to the MC at that point, she is there because she is being blackmailed.

Even if there are many who have already left or are unsatisfied with this alternative, we feel that this is the best choice moving forward. We think that this is a good compromise while still adhering to the spirit of Madison's story. A new small update will be released (v0.15c) in the next few days after we write the new scene, acquire the assets and render the new content.

This was the only scene that was to be added, As they stated earlier. But due to the nature of the scene it will be changed.

If it were up to me I would've kept the scene in in it's entirety. After witnessing that shit had the mc calmly put on the time machine suit go back in time before they blackmailed her and had him brutally murder everyone John Wick style.
Make sure he's wearing a mask so she don't know it was him that saved her but only she'll know in her heart.

NTR or not-NTR, whatever, better to give it a try, fall in love or throw in the trash can for yourself than waste one's own time trying to second guess in the dark from a bunch of unknown people with preferences and sensitivity level you have no friggin' idea whatsoever about.

Okay so after playing this for the first time, I wanted to give my opinion on the 'ntr' scene. Granted it is probably a moot point since the devs are apparently changing the scene, but why not. So I think the devs should leave the scene as is. I think it is way more powerful than a simple stripping scene would be. I also want to say that this scene is in no way ntr. The mc and Madison are not in any kind of relationship, but more than that she is being blackmailed. The sex isn't even voluntary as someone else already posted. It honestly makes me want to save this girl not discard her as a love interest. It actually makes me want to show her what a good healthy sexual relationship can be like and hopefully create some good memories to replace the terrible experiences she has been forced to endure. I feel like changing the scene would cheapen the story and I hope the devs would reconsider. If anything I found the MC's lack of reaction more disturbing than the scene itself. He just goes home and has a normal conversation with Zoey. I would have preferred the option to barge into the room and say 'what the fuck!' or 'are you okay?' or at least say 'Madison?' and have her know you were there and either confront you or beg you not to say anything or something. Just leaving quietly felt really weird in that situation.

I get that my opinion is unpopular on this board, but I don't see anything about that scene as ntr nor do I feel like it ruins the character for me. Then again I also don't need every girl I meet irl or in a porn game to be a virgin for me to find them attractive so there is that.

I'd actually prefer you stick with your guns and stay with the original scene, but that's just me. I feel like it is way more powerful as is.

I said that it should have been that she confided in the mc that she was being blackmailed into prostituting herself and the mc would be able to try to save her.

This. I completely agree with you. Saving her from a forced sex situation is far more powerful than saving her from being a forced stripper. I had a very good friend in college who stripped to help pay her way. It didn't make her slut and I certainly didn't feel the need to 'save' her from herself. I probably would have tried to intervene if she were 'escorting' people instead. Changing this scene just cheapens the story in my opinion. I think it should be left as is.

While I agree that that would be a safer and less offensive solution, I also thinks it lacks the power and shock value of actually seeing the scene. Plus, why would she confide in you when you would have no way of knowing otherwise.? I think the MC has to see the scene to have a reason to confront her in the first place. Then she can tell him she is being blackmailed and then he has a reason to help save her from the situation.

Well if your friend did it she did it because she wanted to. Obviously it's been established that the girl in the game didn't want to. So it's a bit different. Also its assumed that noone knows that she is stripping but you catch her and she basically asks you not to tell anyone and the mc would agree and ofcourse th girl would be happy that someone is willing to help her out by keeping a secret that she cries into the mc's shoulder and tells him her story. I know a bit cliche but a girl crying into your sgoulder and saying that she is being blackmailed can be a pretty powerful scene in itself
