Lovin' all the speculation about a certain character. Also apologies for all the blueballing, but all those routes will get a payoff very soon. The progress with the girls is based on their personality or waiting for certain story beats to occur. Week 3 will see a lot more sex as the MC secures intimate relationships on each route.
And crabsinthekitchen has it right. There is a bug preventing Isabella's scene from being offered unless you're on specific other routes. This shouldn't be the case and I'm going to write the missing clause for solo Isabella. And I just looked into the Day 12 evening choices and Malia has a repeat scene there which isn't offered if it's the only choice. I'll release v0.19b soon to fix both.

Interesting game. A lot of potential, and I look forward to future releases. But it has a serious shortcoming.
This is a game not a life challenge. I have no problem with complex intertwined paths as long as the developer(s) give me enough information that I can determine how to navigate the one(s) I want to explore. This game utterly fails to so do. A walkthrough should never be required to sort out a game, it should be a help and no more. Since random apparently unrelated interactions can damage the path you wish to pursue without any notice as to how you messed yourself up, a comprehensive system of hints or clues needs to be provide.
Make it as complex as you like, but at least give us a fighting chance to determine how to navigate our chosen paths. And no many saves is not a fun solution.

Good thing I didn't go her route, now I won't even try. yeah after looking through and seeing that scene I'm off Katy's route, I'm not really into getting cucked by tentacles, lol I agree though that this is a great game. Wish I could help as a patron but unfortunately discretionary funds are low. Once works picks back up ill become a patron again.

Uh...I know there is a lot of different branches, so its hard to keep things perfectly in order but this one is kinda bad
Also this a bit sad to admit, but my character keeps talking like he's some super cassonova, but my dumb ass is being the "nice guy" and I've had like...2 sex scenes, so its a bit weird how I'm being compared with "all these relationships" with people I've only talk to like...once. I feel like a failure, even in a porn game set in college, I'm doing a spectacular job of avoiding getting laid

I knew I forgot a bunch of them... It's kind of disappointing because my MC just wants a normal girl but all that is available are girls that are anything but... I doubt any of them can actually be impregnated...
If I had a criticism of the game it's that the MC will act like he is in love with every girl he is with even if they haven't spent much time together. And that the game has so many branches that it feels like it is going to collapse like a soufflé at some point.

Unless you've completely shut down all other girls, you probably will have the option to choose to do something with someone else at different points coming up. Just don't do stuff with Katy anymore and you will end up breaking it off. However, at this point most other routes are probably closed off to you. I believe Penny should still be available; for example, she's the default choice on the evening of Day 13. In other words, if no other girl still available to you romantically has an activity at the same time, you will automatically go bowling with Penny. IDK what choices you've made, so I'm not sure whom else could be chosen.
Yeah, I'm not sure pregnancy will ever be available in this game. Currently you can cum inside a few of the girls, but that doesn't mean they'll get pregnant, especially if they're taking birth control.

So does our character always start to get feelings for Zoey no matter what, or is there a path they don't? Could care less about her she's from the future, but easily the least interesting of all the girls somehow.

Yeah, it's not ideal. I would rather have the default be "I'll just sit at home doing nothing", but I'm generally OK with most stuff, and this isn't different for me personally.
Gotcha. I do believe eventually whoever ends up being your final girl will get preggers at some point. I just don't know that we'll ever see it in the game. I could see it being an "over the next few years" epilogue kind of a thing, though.
