• Needs tag for incest (as characters give birth, and you can have sex with those new characters)
• Needs tag for loli (As many toho characters are 'loli' and because of the above -- since they won't be over 18 when having sex since the game is on compressed time scale)

If I remember right it's pretty much instantly as you can place someone in jail and go ham.

As a rance game, it's pretty fun, replaying the game will alwyas be unique as long as you're not doing thing on the simpliest difficulty. Sex-Game wise it gets repetitive.

That's not right, there are a number of others like 4x, Type-Moon, Kaguya etc that have enough translation to be playable, only the events and unique dialogue are not translated, but that is true for the ones you listed as well so it isn't any different. Additionally they are all pretty easy to use with translator aggregator since clipboard copying is built into the engine if you can tolerate mtl.

On a separate note, is this release just the latest standard version?

EratohoTW, EratohoK, EraMegaton tend to get the most updates. You'll also see people talking about them 95% of the time on a certain site. Megataton I think is the biggest, but it also has the most untranslated shit of the more popular games. It's basically described as being forever not fully translated because there's so much content for it apparently. I've never played it personally though, partially due to that. It also has a time limit like the Persona games that I'm not a fan of. Though apparently the time limit isn't a big deal and people might be creating a fork without it.

TW is a waifu simulator, I think you need to be pretty into Toho to enjoy it. EraK is pretty enjoyable even if you aren't a fan of Toho. I only know the characters from all their porn and it's one of my favorite text games.
