On the topic that monos/females seem to have higher libidos than duplos is because the mono/female characters are free to express their sexuality without societal backlash or at least until Morrigan introduces more religious/conservative characters like the teachers wife who is a priestess. If Ashe wasnt trying to actively holdback her libido its likely that she would be the same or more than Fiona or Zoey

I don't think she'd ever be fully at the level of Fiona or Zoey given that the both of them seem very sexually free so to speak, and Ashe has to deal with her anxiety. Even if she would grow up normally/non-persecuted, she seems to be a naturally anxious individual and it's not exactly common for people like that to let loose. Keep in mind, even in the real world, not everyone has the same interest/drive/behaviour as one another.
Though it's a good point for sure, she does try to hold back a lot due to a combination of fear and anxiety.

Honestly, we could argue that her libido might be exaggerated due to her predicament aswell. Anxiety and stress tends to be very rough to deal with and outside of medication and therapy, sexual release is a good way to get some dopamine, oxytocin and endorphins into your system to combat that. There's a very real possibility that she might not even be a gooner if she wasn't in the situation she is right now.

I don't disagree with your analysis, but like you said, small sample size. What you can infer from so little exposure shouldn't go against what's established by the game's lore. Even if duplos are discriminated against and their heightened libido is likely exaggerated, there is a conversation Ashe can have with Evelyn where she says she should talk with her doctor about going on some neuroactive drugs to suppress her libido, but Evelyn urges her against that because of the nasty side-effects those drugs have and they should only be a last resource, and that they should first try to get through Ashe's problems with support from her family.

The fact that there are established medical practices designed to treat duplo libido indicates that there is some truth to it. I mean we could argue that maybe the discrimination against duplos is so insidious that even the medical science is biased against them, but I think that until the game says more on the subject, going that far would be going against Occam's razor.

I rather make my assessment based on what the dev shows, rather than what they tell us is the case. Very much a proponent of death of the author, don’t care for their intention.

Libido suppressants would work on everyone, not just duplos. Could still be part of the stigma/prejudice. And medical bias isn’t completely uncommon in our world either.

But I will reiterate that so far I have not seen Ashe be hornier than the average teenage boy.

On the her holding back, I had less the impression that this was about sex and more the impression it was about romance.

Romance could actually be a pretty solid factor aswell, it would fit in with her current predicament in that she wants someone whom she's certain will want her for who she is and not get judged by them. I hadn't considered that before, that's a very good point.

As far as I can remember, the only 'meds' she's on is a lot of weed. I don't think she's on any prescription drugs at all, but I could also be misremembering.

So, who the hell is Oriana? What makes her so special, that only her can Vanessa trust? What big bad secret does Vanessa know and why would she have to divulge it at the party and not talk about it somewhere more private? Is it connected to Luna and her friend? Finally, Delilah could get more than she bargained for... Looking forward to her running around naked like a mad woman and jumping into the pool and making a big mess in general.

That would deprive us from some really good content. So I kinda doubt that there will be an option to completely avoid the Party shenanigans. Although I would think that this Party would make up a big portion of the next chapter. There would be far less content for someone skipping it.
As Luna's friend might be Moira's bimbo that want revenge on Vanessa I don't think they are connected.
For Oriana I have no clue. I don't think we have seen her yet, correct? I am looking forward to her and hope she is a hot dominatrix that will take care of Ashe and Vanessa together.
