Hello! I'm also working on a translation project of Eternum and I'm very impressed by the quality of this spanish translation. I see, you are impressed with graphics, not translation per se... post confused me for a bit.
Anyway, it's not rare, that's just text on top of the graphic. The VN's graphics has some blanks with no text embedded, so it can be applied. For example the "Warthogs" freeroam map has a blank graphic that can be used as above a hotspot graphic only. Simply overlay whatever text you want where you want. That's it, nothing else to it. I do it all the time in my mods and I'm certainly no graphic artist.
It's exactly this "simply overlay" thing which I don't know how to do.I saw them do it without breaking the original art style,so I was impressed,and wanted to know how to do it as well,that's all. I would really appreciate it if you or anyone could teach me how to edit images like this,as I have no such experiences at all.

OK, there's two methods used regardless of coding language but case specifically:
- Non-graphical - Simply use RenPy and/or Python code to overlay text styled as you please directly from a custom script.
- Graphical edit - Edit a graphic and overlay layer(s) of text styled as you please directly from graphical editing software.
I don't think you would necessarily need an amoral protagonist for something like that. You could have someone who is good and well meaning, but pragmatic. Maybe weighed against a greater good, if sacrificing something can help more people. Think trolley problem.
But a character like that wouldn't really work with your average early twenties porn game protagonist and would make more sense with an older person. Also the stakes of the world would need to be very high and apparent to justify something like that.
But that's theoretical anyway. I really don't have any interest in content like that and for those who want that, there are quite a number of game catering to that specific thing. I don't really get why there are so many people who ask for that kind of thing to just get added into games who had no content of that sort before.

Small and medium are great. A woman is more than a set of tits. The giants that seem to be prevalent in games are entirely asinine, unrealistic and what 12 year old boys think of, not men.
I second Krystal2. The same sort of comments happened on the other game by this developer. But I said realistic breasts and infinite better than those crazy massive impossible breasts some games have.

Did you just blurt out 'just google the facts' without actually doing the same yourself? At no point in the past 10 years has any reference of tits even been in a relevant search result.
Last year on Pornhub, Milfs, which even if we're being generous and assuming that actually means "giant tits" (which they do not) only came in 3rd, with almost half the searches as 2nd.
Porn results aren't as simple as 'most popular' kink. They're often heavily influenced by cultural phenomenon.
Hell, 2018 the top 2 were Stormy Daniels, and Fornite. Even Bowsette beat out Milfs that year.
It's remarkable how some people can spew nonsense as objective fact with such confidence lol. The results of being a child, or having the mind of one at least typically.
