For the game to work I need to shut off the internet, firewall, antivirus and even then it's a 50/50 as I still get the 127.0.0.3:14928 error or it works for a bit before clicking an option takes it back to the error.

That sucks. Works fine for me without having to do anything on windows 7.

cant even use the latest two builds (1.2.10 or 1.2.11 because both EXEs are corrupt or something), i can use the 1.2.6 build once it decides to connect but the UI is messed up in that its not arranged in the browser correctly. can hardly see the top part of the map. and even then i constantly get an internal server error quite a lot.

still cant launch 1.2.11 trying to launch it gives me an error saying MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer.
i do not get such error with 1.2.6

Have you tried installing that .dll?

i don't know what the .dll is or where to get it to install it, should it not be included with the game ?

I looked around for a fix to the missing .dll file. It looks like it can fixed by installing C++ Redistributable Package 2010 or the 2012 version if it still doesn't work. Hope it helps. You can download both from Microsoft directly.

@Rayxelm I thought I'd give this game a go, but get a 127.0.0.3 server can't be reached error telling me the connection was refused.

No idea what to do with that or what the error is, but from what I've seen some of those screenshots look good.

turn off your vpn or vpn-like stuff.
Some times I use Psiphon 3. I got that 127.0.0.3 error when i started the game with Psiphon activated.

Nope I click on the exe and it still gives me the error regardless. Really strange, even turned off all my anti virus programs, turned off internet, closed my browser down and still gives me the same error.

somehow i fix it or something by using the W10 troubleshooting program by selecting the option to give it special permits, ugly enough i made the mistake to open it twice, somehow the first one fail but the second one open the game, that was weird :FeelsGoodMan:

(was having the same issue with the server problem)

Had a go. Poverty simulator? I got beaten up in every encounter, got multiple limbs broken so I'm even worse at fighting, the hospital won't let me in because I'm not a citizen, I don't have any money and selling twigs and broken bottles gives such a negligible amount of money it's a waste of time.
