That makes your argument even weaker. No console manufacturer, be it Sony, Microsoft or Nintendo, allow pornographic content on their storefronts, and this is not going to change in the future. As an example, visual novel releases for consoles have all the adult content scrubbed when launching on consoles. To add to that, they were talking about it being cross platform. As far as I know, Epic isn't as cross platform store on other consoles.
So what does that leave us when discussing "cross platform"? It's either PC and mobile - which is also unlikely because Google and Apple have the same attitude towards porn content as the trifecta above, or they were discussing a Windows/Linux/Mac release - which is a bizarre thing to talk about when mentioning cross platform.
He gains plenty by inventing this story that some bigshot company is willing to invest 15 million dollars to secure rights for a bestiality porn game. You don't have to believe what Project H tells people; that is your choice. But he gains nothing from discussing it. His Discord community is very active as it is.
Again, if it was a company like Pornhub or XVideos I could buy them investing into the game, at least to a certain extent - because, again, it's a bestiality game - but besides DLSite there are no storefronts selling porn games around.
And people are doubting the story because the company has a history of lying.
Also lol at your quote, they're supposedly willing to pay 15 million dollars for the rights to some nebulous XCOM clone that we have seen nothing of besides some generic map? The very portion of the game the developers have mostly abandoned in their mad dash for all the sweet, sweet lootbox money?
Seems to me they came up this fable to quell people grumbling about the fact they've pulled another Fallen Doll on people and lied about their true goals for the project.
