Yeah, don't bother with them, most of the discord users are retarded and will tell you to worship Helius as a saviour. They suck at communicating. They don't respond on steam forum only remove some posts on there, they don't answer on patreon either and the only place they answer stuff is their discord where they will ban you if they find you annoying. They are truly unprofessional especially most of their active moderators and staff that talk most of the time.
Helius have said they have their servers region locked at least last time I read a response from him, dunno about defaulting to China, dunno about the devs being in China? Helius is on the west coast of USA as I understand it? Or maybe its just discord users spreading misinformation again, it happens.
And I understand your frustration, more would be vocal if they hadn't banned most of them already from their discord for all of the F2P and mobile mechanics added into the game from nowhere even though none of this bullshit was announced on their patreon where we buy the fucking game. And moderators and staff keep getting annoyed by people joining asking for information because they are new and point them to the useless pins, at this point this has been going on for a month by this point they should've realized that they need to get better at communicating and putting up some real effort to spread the information instead of berating new users for not magically knowing all of the shit written in their discord chat in between memes and other shitposts by their vocal discord users that troll and shout at people voicing criticism.
They also posted the monthly poll now, apparently as I understand it from the poll, Celia and all the other characters shown are all going to be season pass content. I thought the game ready models such as Celia would be in the base game, but I suppose not? Or maybe I just understood the monthly poll wrong
