You don't understand the premise of the story. Corrupt cops run a blackmail ring in the town where they basically rape whichever women they want but they're both getting older so they're looking to "pass on" the heritage. They've chosen MC and they're trying to convince and corrupt MC to join their blackmail ring and have his way with any woman. MC is resistant and is trying to get girls the "right way" but is not having success. MC finds out his Mother is sleeping around with other people (the police), his sister is sleeping around, and basically every other woman in his life is having sex.
