I would like to leave my review about the game that I have been playing for 2 years.
I want to say right away that this is the best 18+ game in my top, not only for the content, which is dofig here, but also for the attitude of the author to the game itself.
All updates are always released on schedule, the wishes of the players are taken into account, the dialogue with users too.
The game is developing very quickly, the Author adds all the new plot branches and does not stand still, but improves the animation and the scenes themselves, does everything at the highest level.
In general, I advise everyone to try this title, I'm sure you will like it!
P.S. I did not understand how to add a post in the "Overview" section, so I'm writing here)

This may be a unpopular opinion on this site, but we shouldn´t leak the Extra Version so early.
Live and let live. The high level patreons should have some benefit from their support. Someone has to keep the lights on and nobody wants to work for free. The development of Fashion Business is not some fanprojekt anymore, it is a high professional development.
If the Exrta Version is delayed by, lets say 4 weeks, so the newer version is already around the corner, everyone could be pleased. The binger, who desperatly wait for new content, will have to become high level patreons and the rest of us must be a bit patient, but will have the additional content in the end too.
So I think, that the solution with the unlock feature is not ideal, but very close, I can live with that.
By the way, I supported DM for a long time, was a high level supporter for some time too. The main reason for me was not the extra content, but the higher resolution. Back in the day the extra content was even often a bit out of character (for example the blowjob for the lower rent in the slums, Monica was still way too coy for that)
Now that the story has progressed and so has the downfall of Monica the extra content is way more valuable and much more present, so a bigger reward.
It is not greed to generate more high level patreons, it is just business.
Look at the most free to play titles and the microtranactions, than you know what greed is (Just say, the game with devil in the title
)
If my goverment wasn´t robbing me blind with their stupid politics, I would still support DM, but at the moment I can´t afford it. Sadly
Now my two cents to the update and the story so far:
I want to talk directly about some of the critic points, especially the disguise situation.
To some point I understand why people prefer that Monica is humilated directly, but is it really so important?
I don´t think so and I will explain it:
We have different kind of characters in the game.
The bold ones, who are either involved in the conspiracy or are a bit more "brave"
Then we have the characters, who are pretty weak and would never dare to speak against a powerful woman like Monica.
These weak people have to be stimulated by the disguises to drag her deeper into submission and corruption.
But there are two important entities, who always know exactly, that it is Monica Buckfett, who is involved in the lewd stuff.
Monica herself and the player, who can even look into her head. So the player can wittness her degeneration and her waning strength and willpower.
In a way the disguises become more and more stronger and the "true" Monica weaker.
So it is even kind of symbolic, when Monica has to choose the answer for Steve in the latest update:
She can either say she is Monica (the businesswoman) or in my case Ruby (the prostitute)
That clearly shows she is loosing herself and becomes more and more a different person.
We can even wittness, that her think pattern changes more and more.
In a way the only thing why she still holds to her older self is, that she hopes she will get her money and status back.
But I think sooner or later she will loose her wealth officially, there a many indications for that:
1. Steve transfers money out of Monicas company, so her share will shrink
2. This could lead to a takeover by the investors
3. What happens to her Villa I´m not so sure about, but she will loose the house in one way or another
When this happens, I´m pretty sure the old Monica will be completely gone and she will fully embrace her new life
To the White Photoshot: It was pretty clear for me, that the next official shoot will involve some kind of toys.
Monica was already naked in the last Biff Photoshot, so there had to be some kind of "progression"
And Ryan´s shoot at his studio was not a official one, it was more of a hobby project.
We can assume, that the next shoot with White will include some kind of banging in front of the camera
To Julia:
When the Julia path was invented I was kind of sceptical. I feared, that a good lesbian path will be invented, so it will be a happy way out for Monica. This seemed a bit one sided and not fitting for the general theme of the game.
Julia seemed so innocent and exploited, way to nice for the world of Fashion Business.
But boy, was I wrong. Julia is even one of the worst characters in the game.
There is a Irish saying: Cut a thief from the gallows and he will be the first, who will help to hang you.
Or in other words: Give a weak person power and she will easily become a little monster.
Julia is this kind of person. She now exploits her leverage over Monica and becomes more and more dominat.
Monica on the other hand becomes more and more submissive. Not long and Julia will be Monicas mistress.
I didn´t play the extra version (just read it here), but Monicas place in the corner is a clear indicator for that
The last point will be about Victoria:
For me Victoria was a bit stray in the last updates, so she fullfilled her job not properly. She chased her dream of becoming a supermodel, so she focussed way too much on Melanie.
I´m pretty sure, that her employers were not amused about that, so I think she was ordered to pull Monica back in.
That is what the update was about. Important for the story progession, but clearly not so strong like the steve update.

I don't think that the game is going nowhere storywise and has become "loopy".
Almost every main branch is clearly moving forward or already almost concluded:
1. Shiny Hole.
Monica has become the head of the bar, and it's clear that in the next updates the scenes are going to be more explicit (the gloryhole and so on).
2. Falling Path.
Monica is already working as a prostitute. There is almost no way of moving forward from there, but I guess the events are going to become more hardcore.
3. Ralph and Betty's story.
Monica has become a new girlfriend of Ralph and the head of the house. That's almost about it, I guess. Where does this branch should go from there? Maybe some new events with the driver but no more.
Betty? You seem to like her, but it looks to me you are in the minority. Most people don't care about her. I personally always skipped the scenes with her. She is stupid, dull and not especially attractive.
4. The photoshoots.
Every new photoshoot is getting more and more hardcore. Monica is already almost shooting in porno. Clearly this branch is moving forward.
5. Escort.
This one is about to be concluded, I guess. I do think it is possible to prolong it by sending Monica to serve very rich clients as Monica, not some unknown whore. It could be super hot. But somehow Decent Monkey hasn't come up with this idea yet.
6. Philip's storyline.
Yes, this one is stuck, but it's obvious why - the next event where Monica becomes a slave for a week is supposed to be one of the most hardcore ones to date. Decent Monkey is reasonably delaying it for other storylines to catch up to this level of hardcoreness.
7. Marcus' storyline
The same thing can be said about this one. It's the best thing people can hope to get instead of the Farm.
So, overall, as I said, the game is moving forward just fine to me. The events are getting hotter and Monica is getting more "corrupted". I personally don't want the game or even Ep. 3 to be concluded anytime soon. The game is still great. And I don't think that Decent Monkey should finish it - Fashion Business is still one of the most successfull female protagonist games and earns him a lot money. And we should not forget that most female protagonist games fail miserably. I guess Fashion Business is almost as successful as such games can be. After all, it is a niche game that revolves around certain kinks that are not as popular as, let's say "college harem stuff".

By the time Monica has done all she can to avoid the farm, she might as well have just signed up.
I am not interested in playing a non-canonical version or one without the dirty bits. If it is NEVER released then what would be the reason to be a low level or intermittent high level supporter?
