I think you and I share very different definitions to what is a hardcore scene. To my mind a hardcore scene is any scene that includes the penetration of a woman with a part of the human body or some sort of artificial device. Have you finished the prerequisites listed in the event list. You need the butt plug from the first Marcus event, fixed Bardie's friends problem with their teacher (fucked the teacher and told Bardie in his room in the evening) and completed Victoria's girls party(allowing Victoria to use the present on Monica). If these are all completed Bardie will show up in Monica's room when she is in her maid outfit during the day.
Also make sure you're not using a gallery mod, and if you have a compressed version they can cause issues.
