It's bound to the "domination" stats, so basically if you keep disappointing Zoe, she'll become more and more dominant. As long as you are proactive and do your part, it's fine.

I have started a new game with the mega link download and have the same issue again.

Word of advice, don't confuse NTR with cuckolding. NTR stands for Netorare, which is the Japanese term for cheating or being unfaithful.
