NTR in that case is semi-Netorase/Cuckolding. I would say, that Cuckolding is the most well-developed content in the game. But it is not 2, but something like 5 (or so) scenes in the game, 3 or 4 of them are repeatable. Not much, but most of fetish-content in game like this. And you have to get there first! Don't get yourself engaged in all fetishes of game right away, or you'll find yourself stuck in less interesting fetishes for you, cause most events are random.
