it is the event at 14.00. not sure whether it is specific day needed but i did it on thursday.
what i did is repeatedly clean the toilet bowl at 12.00 and keep paying visit to melinda at 14.00.
have to do like a couple of days.

The whole path split thing is ok i guess, but there are scenes you will miss out on unless you do a 2nd play just to unlock the scenes in the gallery, but not to bad, that last one is the rhonda one that is bugged at the moment it seems like

just repeatedly get the pill, hide the towel then visit at 17.00, i did couple of time.

for ann,
just bought her the new dress and bikini, then give it to her at 12.00.
she will then reward mc in return.
