It starts from talking to Ann at 14.00 in the yard.
Choose right dialogue and the Aunt turns up randomly asking for help from Daniel or Ann - when she asks Ann leads to the foot jewelry scene.

is there any thing you need in place for this to happen? I've been through most of the dialogue options and I just get Melinda
asking for help with the dishwasher leading to a naked back rub the in bathroom.

I think it was random - the backache one was a bit of a surprise for me when I was just doing something different. 14.00 had been always in the Aunt's bedroom using 'exaggerate' waiting for progression which didn't come.
Someone else had mentioned backache and dishwasher in the same sentence and there was a pic of the MC in a bathrobe I had not found.
I nearly missed the foot jewelry version because the Aunt appears saying "Ann?" which leads back to Aunt's bedroom.

I guess it is random, as I had followed the same dialogue route with Ann - and there is a third variation when despite the same dialogue the Aunt does not appear.
You can also get Ann talking on her phone - Saturday and Sunday I think - the evening poker game ends abruptly on weekends too.

the backache with the dishwasher is part of ann's 14:00 event, just keep going to ann everyday at 14:00, if she is in the chair, there is a chance on getting 2 different events to trigger, click on how's it going, then it doesn't matter what you click on next, the foot jewelry and backache are shared trigger events, you can get either one of them at random or it will just end without getting one of them.
