I agree that the game being so linear hurts it. The developer could do something like Demon on a Starship where you get an exterior view of the ship with parts of the ship to click on to visit that part of the ship. People on the ship can move around on a daily schedule with different opportunities at each place. Then to trigger scenes you would have to catch the person at the right place at the right time of day and do the right thing. For example perhaps triggering the scene at the gym would require you to go to the gym when just the girl is there, flirt a bit and look down her shirt, and work out with her without it leading to sex but with heavy flirtation. Then what scene comes next depends on when you visit her. There could be a time of day when that girl and the black dude are both in the gym and if you visit then, you have different potential scenes than when you visit her when he is not there. To view scenes to which you are not present, perhaps you could find a way to get the security codes for the security feed and watch the scenes remotely on a camera instead of magically being shown scenes which you are not present for.

In regards to the NTR, when you first get to the ship you could see the relationship forming between your wife and the black dude and have options to prevent it. I still like that the cuckolding scenes happen if you do nothing, but you could figure out how to disrupt the cuckolding before it happens as well. This may come at a cost of having to miss out on other sex scenes. So say the first week on the ship the black dude is hitting on your wife and never goes to the gym when the girl in the gym is there (because he is hitting on your wife at those times). You could use this week to hit on the girl in the gym (working out with her and such, perhaps getting minor sex scenes like a stripshow or a handjob) while your wife is seduced by BBC (sorry, I can't remember anyone's name so black dude will now be known as BBC). Then after BBC seduces your wife he starts hanging around the gym more and tries to get gym girl too. So you could focus on your wife for that first week and compete with BBC and not visit gym girl. After either you are BBC "win" your wife, BBC's schedule changes and he is in the gym at the same time as gym girl. Then you could compete with BBC for gym girl. If you forget about your wife you could have a free week with gym girl without BBC and perhaps get more options. Or you could find the code for the security cameras and just watch all the action happen and be a voyeur.

The plot requires that you accept that your wife is a cheater. The unavoidable NTR dialog and scenes relate to her. NTR relating to others is presently avoidable based on your choices.

I think the story is solid and has great potential. But you have to accept the wife's infidelity. I find that it helps drive the story.

I don't mind the NTR but I don't agree about the wife's cheating helping the story. I think the anxiety of your wife cheating when her memory is wiped is undercut if she is already a cheater. If the developer is trying to avoid incest bans from Patreon he could put something in the intro of the husband meeting the wife after she already had kids. Perhaps the kids father died or something.

I agree with the undercuting you mentioned in retrospect. When i first read the story the wife's infidelity both before and after mindwipe pushed me to think about what I would do next under those stressful conditions and drove me through the content. Like others, I also wish there were more paths and choices. I'm sure it's a lot of work for a single Dev with all the characters. Maybe he can recruit assistance.

To be fair, there are many other games that are as linear as this one and are highly rated (you know, the ones where you just choose option 1 2 or 3 and the story branches out from those, rinse and repeat), so I don't think the format itself is the problem here. I think that the major problem is that the story feels mostly static yet at this point, like your (very limited) choices don't have any effect on the main plot at all, and the most they do is change which sex scene you will or won't see.

For example, you don't gain anything by using the invisibility pill to check on the prisoner chick, just see some sex scene and bam, back to the common path you go, likewise if you beat Jane or not during the exercise challenge, just change the sex scene you see but there are no consequences or changes, you are railroaded right back to the common route after you get your "prize". The only actual change I saw so far is Chloe's attitude towards you if you choose to cum inside her, and even that wasn't much tbh.

The situation with the wife doesn't bother me much, main dude is supposed to be amnesiac too so if he gets too pushy in preventing the wife from having sex with others at this point the people in charge might get suspicious and throw him in the brig alongside that chick from the beginning (actually expecting to see some bad endings along this line in the future). From what the reports say she was already a cheater so might as well dump her ass and go for the daughters just for the shock after after everything ends hahaha.

You make a good point with the effect of a choice. It's not necessarily having an abundance of choices, but a few choices that send you down different paths with different consequences. I should have phrased that better in my post. There are a good number of variables in the save game file that perhaps will have an effect in the future.

I liked the map of the ship suggestion in an earlier post. That could be an interesting map, with places you can't go and with scenes happening at different times in different locations. I've liked other VN's where the day is broken down into four or five segments, although I'm just as happy with the current choices approach.

I'm looking forward to more character interaction. I'd like to see the MC get an ally. I'd also like the choice to get a room with a romantic interest.

Now if you are into that kind of stuff this game may be a 4 or even 5 star game.

This game is terrific, love the setting. Not sure how you thought this up but it's great! Love the blue haired girl, also the youngest daughter and the NTR that comes with it. The dev shows he understands things with the design decisions right from the start.

Cool menu screen, voices at half volume by default "press enter for default name", good writing so you might actually want to read everything, nice varied character designs with good renders. No big tits/massively disproportionate female bodies fetish. No comically awful 1st person camera angles. I like the chloe character, reminds me of a Ross Scott video.
The skip animation is a nice idea. The scenarios that lead to sex are really well executed, they're interesting and theres no tropes you've seen before.

The "they're not genetically my children" is a bit silly as it reminds you of watching live action "incest" porn where everyone is a step-something. Since f95 staff does nothing to alleviate shitposting about ntr every thread with the tag must be full of shitposting for some goddamn reason.

All in all one of the best renpy games out there, really nice job by the dev. Hope he does well.

What gets my goat is that the settings for the game include an option to disable NTR, but then you still immediately have your wife getting fucked by a black guy and find out your children aren't even yours and you're a double cuck for years.
