I have some slaves close to retirement and I don't want to lose them. I'd swap them into cloned bodies, but I think I don't have quite enough time to prepare them. Can I just raise retirement age through policies to get more time? Also, which stats are kept and which are changed during clone mindswap?

Can I change minimum slave age mid-game without screwing anything over?

Pretty sure you can raise it via policies with no worries (if you are truly worried, just save before you do it.)

Since it's a new body I believe they lose skills, not sure how much. I swapped someone a long long time ago so their skills are maxed out.

The game already contains a few mods you can enable in options. There is no other up-to-date major mods as far as I know.
Other than that, there are some minor mods in this thread, check this post.

Put each mod into its own subfolder in mods folder, and add them by folder name in experimental page.

how is your UI like that cause it doesn't look the same for me and there is no experimental page for me it just doesn't exist.

Most of the artpacks do not have any PA images, and the ones that do, don't have a complete set.
