How do i install the mods? cause i've a mods folder put it with the HTML but i can't seem to find Experimental

Put each mod into its own subfolder in mods folder, and add them by folder name in experimental page.
but where do i find Experimental page? do you guys have more then the HTML

how is your UI like that cause it doesn't look the same for me and there is no experimental page for me it just doesn't exist.
Most of the artpacks do not have any PA images, and the ones that do, don't have a complete set.

That's bc the dev removed all face morphing, so now all races look the same. He said he's searching for a good face generator, but haven't found one yet. So as a temporary fix u can install my mod - it restores the old code for the face morphing.
You need to install pregmod instead of the base game that is uploaded here. The front page is not updated bc apparently pregmod violates some f95 rules or something like that.
You need to use ur own images for that. Just put some into /resources/ folder, for example /resources/assistant fairy.png

So the how to install for pregmod says that i need Git is there a another way to install it without Git?
