So, the MC is/was herma. She/He didn't accept this and decided to become a man. That's why Emily, who is herma, is so upset with him/her, they probably argued a lot because of his/her decision. That's my theory. Although, that doesn't explain why Emily shot him/her, but that's what I could figure out for now. About Rachel, maybe she has an erectile dysfunction and had a boner when she met the MC, that's why she fell in love with him so quickly, in fact she hinted about it in the restaurant.
Now, about the sandbox. I don't think it fits the game. I don't mind sandbox in general, but I think it fits better in games focused more on sex than the story, where you need to accomplish tasks or earn points to unlock a scene, like in big brother, milf city, man of the house, etc. Story-focused games like this, the sandbox doesn't make much sense.

I honestly don't believe the MC was a Herma thing at all. To me it looks like the guy in the picture is the MC and the fourth girl is a sister that something happened to, probably because of the MC which started off all the events that led to his coma.

The guy in the picture looks older and has darker hair. I think it's his father and the MC is the girl in the middle, which fits with the fact that the father died 10 years ago so he/she would've been 12 yo. Also, why are they hiding the photo from him? Are the other women in the picture so important that he can't know about them, at least not now? There are also some hints: The receptionist says he has changed, the doctor says he had multiple injuries and mentioned that she didn't have access to his surgical records yet (why mention surgery?). On the other hand, the guy could be the MC and he is somehow responsible for the girl's death, which is why Emily is so upset with him, but that doesn't explain why she didn't want him to see the picture, unless they wanted to spare him the trauma. Who knows!

I came for the porn, but ended up actually being invested in the story of this one. I think I can only say that about one or two other games I've played here. That being said there was a distinct lack of porn in this porn game so far. Pretty damn good from a visual novel standpoint, not as good for a porn game. Hopefully the updates aren't too few and far between.
I have installed the patch, is normal that is a .rpyc notepad? and im supposed to just put in the game folder? cause it doesn't seems like is doing something

some asshole on Patreon accused and reported author making i-word game, but in real, you MUST unren game and edit scripts and re-write 1\5 of plot to get real i-game, patch just change some labels and relations in plot, but bugged and don't do much to turn plot into real i-game

A little update to tell you about the progress of the next update.
I'm struggling with the creation of the gallery in order to make it simple, functional and pretty.
On the rendering side it's going well and I hope to release the update before the beginning of August.
It was a little break in my work to write this and I'm back to it.

I was thinking the same thing, dev said it should come before the beginning of august so that means its coming relatively soon i hope.when's the new update coming btw, ik i can just wait but too desperate to wait.

This is one of those games I feel like supporting, then I remember it took me about an hour and a half to catch up from .4 to 1.2. I like the writing enough to hope that rape and voyeurism stop making up so much of the available content. And the weird scenes in the sauna. How the fuck do you answer which one's best and why was this scene needed? To be honest I kinda wanna see Rachel slap some chill into Emily in the future...that would get at least 10USD from me...

There is no action . none ... nowhere to be seen. Those perving scenes are just a cheat for sex tags.
