There's no demo that links all the levels together yet as we're still finishing the global systems for the game, and previous levels aren't updated to be compatible with those systems yet until they're complete.
Also, if you could play all the levels in a row at this point, that'd basically just be the full game and wouldn't really be a demo anymore

It's setup so you can't go back to previous levels once you've beaten them.
When we do the sequel, this might change, as it'll be more of a metroidvania (while Future Fragments isn't really one at all), but yeah, the game is designed to close off a level once you've beaten the boss.

Because of the way it's structured, I can't promise any new stuck in the wall or tree scenes, but you never know!
That's pretty accurate, yeah.
Another way I've always compared the games is;
Future Fragments = Metal Gear Solid
The Sequel = Metal Gear Rising
Less emphasis on story, more on action, faster pace, less focus on enemies and more focus on bosses, etc.

Yep! The .exe will unpack files temporarily to a temporary folder on your computer while it runs; when you close it, it deletes all those files (besides the save file).
The full game will be an installer so nothing will need to get unpacked temporarily, etc.

There's a specific, major plot point in the game where your name would be connected to it and visible in the background of a level as part of that major plot point.
So, if you wanted that, you'll need to do the $10 tier just once on Patreon before October's over.

I really like the CG and picture effects of the games you make, but unfortunately I'm not a good game player, so can I have an save file than that I can directly enjoy the CG content
