It's got quite a lot of content at this point. The genre is just pretty niche. M/M game with a transformation, male pregnancy, and vore focus.
The dev Azulookami is actually quite experienced in making games, but as GravGrav said: it's very unique but also very niche - you won't find anything similar to their works, I believe there's even a well-build fan wiki for them.
