I've been waiting since February 2018 and the walk-through STILL hasn't been updated!!! Only reason I came back was for some "actual" Claudia content but why make getting there such a pain-in-the-ass if your not going to update your walk-through!?!

There is some fun things in this game but the medical exams are a real problem, they are very complex and the last thing a person wants to think when playing a porn game is in several diseases, but maybe its just me; but they really could have made those exams more simple.
man, this game looks cool and all. but after trying it few time I just dont get it.
The whole medical practice thingy is not clear to me, I have no idea how to diagnose people, what to do and what not to do. I dont know how to progress with patients and which one I should try to have fun with.
If only the game concentrate more on building relationship/corruption ect and less on the medical management aspect would be an hit for sure.

That is the same one that ends with 1 week till the niece comes but never show up and no more story with the relative.
It still does not give us what we need to move forward with the sister/cousin story.
This is why I stopped all support for this VN/game.
I doubt we will get the complete walkthrough unless its a player made one.

What are you struggling with?
I just save before making a the first desicion then when the games tell me what i did wrong i reload the save and make the right choices.
This way i learn the do's and dont to the point i rarely have too reload.
As a general rule: What is the problem?
Where is it located.
Problem with peeing?
Pee research.
Problem in the back?
Undress top clothing(but not the bra) and put your hands on the target back and ask where it hurts.
Do research if you are unsure.
I find it rather simple.
Granted i save scum a lot in games like these so meaby i am baised.
Personal i would love to do the management game without the story elements.
They just get in my way.

Okay that is not going to happen because there are maybe 20-30 different ways to play this with 20-30 different ways to play each of the main girls story and at the very end the game is over with no way of going back without a save for each and every game day for what you want to do.
