There is some fun things in this game but the medical exams are a real problem, they are very complex and the last thing a person wants to think when playing a porn game is in several diseases, but maybe its just me; but they really could have made those exams more simple.

The whole medical practice thingy is not clear to me, I have no idea how to diagnose people, what to do and what not to do. I dont know how to progress with patients and which one I should try to have fun with.

If only the game concentrate more on building relationship/corruption ect and less on the medical management aspect would be an hit for sure.

That is the same one that ends with 1 week till the niece comes but never show up and no more story with the relative.
It still does not give us what we need to move forward with the sister/cousin story.

This is why I stopped all support for this VN/game.
I doubt we will get the complete walkthrough unless its a player made one.

What are you struggling with?
I just save before making a the first desicion then when the games tell me what i did wrong i reload the save and make the right choices.
This way i learn the do's and dont to the point i rarely have too reload.
As a general rule: What is the problem?
Where is it located.
Problem with peeing?
Pee research.
Problem in the back?
Undress top clothing(but not the bra) and put your hands on the target back and ask where it hurts.
Do research if you are unsure.
I find it rather simple.
Granted i save scum a lot in games like these so meaby i am baised.

Personal i would love to do the management game without the story elements.
They just get in my way.
Granted management games are my favorite so i am baised.

Okay that is not going to happen because there are maybe 20-30 different ways to play this with 20-30 different ways to play each of the main girls story and at the very end the game is over with no way of going back without a save for each and every game day for what you want to do.

Literally the first thing that I noticed was that horrible transparent background with a dark greyISH font. I hope the game is worth it. The 2nd is that tablet with MI on it (Xiaomi) I would stay away from branding this might cause his issues in the future.

I have not idea because there is no walkthrough for it.
There are many choices you must make the correct choice and if you miss just 1 it will never happen.

Same. I started over 3x trying for a Claudia ending even using someone's guide and STILL missed it. When you take her shopping and get the message about trying on more clothes if you didn't F it up somewhere is the first hint. It's incredibly easy to miss something somewhere and I was cautious...

IIRC the sister/cousin only has sex with you at the ending sequence if you manage to play your cards right with her, but she just teases you during the game itself, the most she does during it is masturbate together with you.

Thats why its not really a porn game, to those that would disagree this game in total besides the examinations (in which there are very few sexual acts involved) has a small number of sex scenes and romance encounters.

All the focus is on the clinic management and life simulator.

I personally do not like, nor (normally) play any management games. I guess heroes of might and magic was the most management intensive game for me. This is why I would to see less management in a porn game like this.

When it comes to the medical practice, isnt it the whole point to be a pervy doc? I want to be a pervy doc, get these lady naked and used, really was thinking I will be able to do so.

I really dont want to learn about different diseases nor ways to cure them, so if the game intention was to make you go to med school then.... welll, personally thing its misguided direction.

Either this should be a medical practice and management game or a pervy doctor story with a lot of boobs, pussies and f**king
