I did more than 5 times on BJ on Max and Lisa Room and Sex on Ann room. By the way is this the last quest?

I have the same problem : Ann always sends Max away when she cleans Alice' room in maid outfit, so the 3rd event seems unreachable.

No, she actually is afraid of Alice ...Ann probably realized how big an asshole Max is
AfaIk there should be a spanking scene where Alice spanks maid Ann but the scene does not trigger.
My memory must be mistaken then, I was under the impression that while is may share some of the characters it was not a follow up to BB. After the handling of BB and my financial investments in it, I have yet to even look at Glamour.

I avoided Glamour until DS started putting out Offline clients (from 0.9 onward iirc), and at that point they were two versions behind the Online version which also required you to be logged in with a Patreon account (and a patron) in order to play the current content.
Mishandling of projects isn't something new when it comes to DS.
He's currently batting 0 for 3 in completed projects, and this "remake in a remake" is his longest lasting project so far.
I changed the script a bit to make Ann be called Mom because it annoyed me that Max and the others would call her Ann.
This patch is out of date so even if you download the latest version, because of the way the programming language is designed, this patch will revert the game to version .44. if you are starting the game new then it will take several hours to get to the end of this patch anyway.
I like this game a lot but the patch is a massive hassle to make. On the post below I added a few screenshots so you can see the kind of change I made.

hi, played the max version and i i found that if you select "join kira AND ann" at the pool it messes the game up big time. Remeber to select only" sunbathing with kira" so i tried avoiding that option and i managed to finish all quests including "new world order". So far no quests on Max at colleague. Guess we have to wait for 0.5 / hopefully this will help all those that are stuck. i might have a save game somewhere befor this point if anyone is interested.

Olivia :
- Talk to Lisa to invite Olivia as often as possible
- Go to sleep in Ann's room when Olivia is visiting Lisa
- Play through all the Max-Lisa-Olivia events which can take several days
Ann (maid) :
Talk to Ann
- 13:30 in Max' room
- 14:00 in Alice' room (bugged ?)
- 14:30 in Ann's room
If you have a recent save before talking to Ann and Kira near the pool, go back and try to finish Ann (maid) task first before talking to Ann and Kira. According to other posts, there is a bug that blocks progression with the quest.
