To start these events you need a) to have received a package, b) talked to Kira about it. Then on a day when Ann is away you talk to Kira at 13:40, when Alice is at the pool.

How do you get Ann to go on a "POWER TRIP"? I've done the Aunt Kira Watching a Movie and Ann joins her and it becomes a 3 way a half dozen times but I can't seem to trigger the newest content.

I would not know what else you missed. All I did was to talk to everyone after that and then it just went on and on and on and on (16 lessons)
I did not count them but I guess I've completed the 16 lessons already, but it wont be marked as completed, or next quest appears.

But if you're referring to Max in college in Kate's story, then i agree with you.
Oscar ever tried/molested Kate in the infirmary and that Dennis defended Kate. That's the mental problem with the DS, discarding other male NPC's to just include Max.
