Is the submission choice with Julia important? I want Kate to be dominant, I don't even know if that's possible. How do I get on the dominant path? I did refuse Oscar but now I feel like no matter what I do, Kate is always submissive.

I think it depends on the person, Julia was your mentor and has known you for forever so dominating her is unlikely to happen, while Andrew say is more an open target.

Julia would involve a power exchange so she'd have to give up her agency which frankly she rather enjoys, others like Karen and Kira would be equally hard to dominate for similar reasons you'd need to be offering something they'd be willing to exchange their power position for,

I think you need to wait for 0.55.2 they split the content of 5.5 across 2 releases for speed so judging from the message that's all there is on that path for now

Don't get me started, my favourite character and she's barely in half the game and if Kira knows Karens a supposedly dominatrix why on earth would she be letting Ann take advice from her on how to treat her family it's not even the job loss as it was way before that Karen started into it I know don't try and make sense of it it just makes your head hurt

You take story way too logically and seriously. That's asking a lot from Dark Silver. He is an artist, not a writer.

Kira's just an agent of chaos. She doesn't care about anything but fucking. Which, when you get right down to it, is just like us, the players. Maybe you want to act like you're different, but you wouldn't be here discussing games like this if you were.

Kira is the Anti Ann, she's freedom and rebellion as opposed to order and discipline the black sheep to Anns White Sheep.

Interestingly the game never suggests she should move closer to Ann on the scale only that Ann become more like Kira. You could argue she does experience some movement towards responsibility with running the porn company but it doesn't really occur onscreen enough to count as a character arc and no I don't think i'm different it's just where else can you debate the ins and outs of this stuff with people who know what you're talking about As Annie at Sex Positive Gaming like to say. No shaming just gaming

You just need to wait after a while someone will come and get you for the event if you're around the house it's I think the pool area

How to finish this stupid Villa quest? All I've found by searching here is posts from 2 years ago saying it's not implemented yet. Do I need to do it both ways - Alice and Max? The only event I haven't done is Max punishing everyone since I'm pro-Alice.

I hope that the devs will add the option for the player to rename the m.c. they choose to play as. forced default names ruin the emersion for me as well as the game .

I don’t associate myself with some fictitious morones (mostly and usually) and just observe the story (if there is anything to observe which is rare).

I use default name “Max” since its short and BB was the first thing of this genre I ever encountered.

that's why I asked for the option to change the name so the player could use the default name and let other players use there own names if they so chose to . both sides are happy . The key words agean were [an option]

I never at no moment ever objected to that at all. Of course I do not ever mind any optional conveniences to other fellow human beings. Maybe I should’ve phrase myself better.

I just caught myself thinking how it always rubs me in a very wrong way descriptions like “You assume the role of such and such, you are about to blah, blah, blah.” When I watch porn (and gush I do) I never think of myself being a dude who does that chick.

Same thing with text stories. As a normal Soviet kid I read gazillion books in my childhood from Cooper and Dumas to Russian Classics and at no moment in time I ever imagined myself Leatherstocking.

Btw I just had to learn how Кожаный Чулок will be in English and it sounds way to funny ha-ha-ha.

Anyways sure I hope DS will implement such an option if it’s convenient to some. Hopefully only as an option, however.
