Wait, im sure i download v.0.38, because i remember download it last year, but never played it, just sitting there in my HDD, then when i play the first time, im very sure it still v.0.38 ....

We can only assume. Two reasons are most likely
1. Combining Glamour and BB and outright laziness of developers. Recent updates have become frankly bad
2.Many subscribers were from Russia and due to the war and sanctions they were blocked by Patreon. Transferring money to the author on Patreon subscribers from Russia has become a problem

I actually wouldn't mind if DS decided to restart Glamour for a 3rd? time but this time forget Max and Kate. Just make Glamour about Ann, the real money maker of his visual novel empire. Just focus on Ann, a single mother of 3 children, doing what she has to do to provide for her kids. Maybe she finds love or becomes a selfish sex crazed nympho, let the player decide who Ann becomes.

This tends to happen when you've got a game trying to cater to diverse crowds, none of which wanting the same things.
He'd have been a lot better off focusing on either Max or Kate, finish the game, then move on to the next one.

This makes no sense and also doesn't match the title of the game at all. DS's idea was to make Kate an innocent girl who arrives in a big city and starts to develop her life. The player would make choices and they would have consequences or not.
There is a similar (not equal) game that I am referring to QSP - FemLife [v0.95] [Mr_saturn] | F95zone however, the idea is to make Kate reach Glamor, whether she becomes a superstar porn actress or her getting money that or other way and getting rich. Unfortunately, due to the abandonment that DS made with BB, many could not swallow the fact that he was creating a new game with an female protagonist and many of his fan base don't like to play as FC ended up persuading him to create a story with MC and they didn't like the result and asked him to come back with BB as it would raise his support/patreon.
He made several changes and the end result was this, a long, tiring and boring game. So explaining Glamour better, that's exactly it, Kate living in a big city full of lust sins. But unfortunately he put Max in everything and the story was lost before it even started.
But it seems he doesn't do everything himself, if he did, why the hell does he need 5 people? I think he shouldn't have listened to anyone, it's always good to hear criticism or even ideas but it looks like he was pressured by a group that had 40$ in hand, it reminded me of stripclubs when you put a money in the dancer's panties and she starts to shake for you.
Nah, he won't do Big Brother again, that's for sure. If he leaves the Glamor project his focus will be on G9 characters and a new story. He could probably use the name "Glamour" and create the project he wanted to do or a similar name. Why do I think your focus will be G9? I don't see many 3D visual artists creating games with G9 models, most are G8 and 8.1 and also he doesn't want to be haunted by those fans who will call for the return of BB and Glamour as if they were zombies.
