I applaud your patience. Seriously. My faith in DS died around version 0.32. And as you rightly noted, DS is trying to shift the blame to the subscribers (in terms of funding), saying: there is not enough money guys, you are leaving, so it looks like we will close because you are leaving.I pledged this guy long enough, I finally pulled the plug, his updates were coming out later every months, then got to every two months, and the drops the bomb that he will again abandon the project, I then cancelled my membership, I'm not paying for his bad decisions, he did it to himself again
Definitely not. He also issued an ultimatum - they say there are few patrons and if there are no more, he will quit the project

How he made polls and when it's not 'the answer' he wants. He still ignore the fans/subscribers and push a update out on either Max/Kate.
And every release date for a new update is 'delayed'.
But ofc. it's the fans/subscribers fault for not funding your project anymore.

Just need to know if this is the end or there is more that I can play. The game updates or is abandoned in future is secondary.... just trying to make most of what is available.
there is a fix somewhere in the thread for this issue, unzip and copy a file to some folder, keep the old file, AFAIR I installed it, did all 3 (was it 3?) parts of that quest, but there was some issue with other event triggers with that fix installed, so - delete and copy back the original file, keep playing
one of the dev team reps here said no fix was necessary, but the fix helped my playthrough (everything else was finished, and this event just wouldn't trigger) and didn't seem to cause any other issues down the line, at least till the end of 0.57 that is

I think just to compare how lazy and greedy DS is. At a time when DS is doing something incomprehensible and is justified by the "lack of funds from subscribers." Others are already taking quality 3D renderings to another level.

Are we just ignoring that Inceton games has triple the patrons and therefore roughly triple the budget? And that the model in that trailer looks flat out worse than in the DAZ renders? (especially the hair)
Just like how Glamour would be better (fewer bugs, better performance, and faster development time) if it were a Renpy game, making your porn game in a fancy engine is only a positive if there's an upside. Worse looking models, more bugs, and limited playability for people without a good computer (don't kid yourself into think that thing will be optimised in the slightest. The video is jittery on the computer of a company who owns GPUs worth thousands...) are not upsides. People complain when they aren't fed content in open-world porn games every three seconds and you think adding "wandering around a street" is some brilliant addition?
Wait, I've changed my mind. "Find your house" was so titillating that I instinctively grabbed my dick upon seeing it.
What? Do you expect that early access allows you to purchase it before it's finished? Like, DS sends you a half-written version with DAZ screenshots instead of full renders? Do other devs do this? No, I didn't think so. Put your hate boner to one side and take a second to think.
This reminds me of House Party which was released in 2017/18 and until today there have been no further sexual content updates. Betting on a 3D game is not easy and I saw a guy saying the game runs at 25fps on his RTX 4060Ti. But what inceton is doing is evolutionary. But honestly? I've played so many 3D games and this one didn't pique my interest. Expect DS to do the same is kind of funny but I get the reference.
