I don't see the point in returning BB characters if we still will not get what we want. If game will still stay "Patreon safe" without proper "official" patch, this is just lame try to get back lost money.

You'll swallow the second quarter when everyone sleeps during a night Nick sleeps at home. When you go to the sofa, you will have an icon offering to swallow your quarter. If it does not appear, try to advance a little time.
The third quarter will swallow later in history, in the bathroom, in the same way. Late at night when everyone is asleep, if you go to the bathroom, you'll have the option to swallow a quarter of the pill.
Finally, later, Julia will want to test the goods. Looking good, you will have the option in the discussion with Julia to give her the remaining quarter.

And here i was hoping for a bit girl on girl action with Alice. But it seems that Kate doesn't seem to get anything done besides playing with herself. 
Some things really take a shit ton of grind to archieve, if you can archieve them at all. I don't mind a bit grinding but it gets pretty annoying if you just have these things left to do and nothing else.

Let's kill two birds with one stone here, and I'll use the keywords NICK, BATHROOM, and PILL so hopefully people will find it when they use the search feature. People do use the search, right? Right...? Because this information has been posted many, many times now. But anyway...
In v10, to advance the Special Chemistry event, you need to have completed ALL of the events with Kate, Julia, and Nick that are found under the Progress (spoilers) menu. Only when all of those are completed can Kate take the pill before bed and have some fun with Nick.
I posted my questions, then problems, then complaints, many pages back about achieving the Nick-walks-in-on-Kate events. I'm no expert and was stuck for a long, long time. The truth is, it's just a brutal grind. It can easily take over 100 in-game days to achieve, and it's random. Here is how to maximize your chances:
On days Nick comes over to the apartment, before midnight, choose Sleep for six hours so that Kate wakes up before 6am. Go into the bathroom and wait until exactly 5:59, then have Kate take a shower or bath. From information on Patreon page comments, there is a 1-in-4 chance Nick will walk in on any given morning. I don't know if that's true, but it sure seemed liked it--22 fucking times Nick has to walk in on Kate with only a 1 in 4 chance each time!!!! smfh. Since he visits two to four times per week (also random), you can go weeks without advancing progress, and that's using the 5:59 trick. If you choose to sleep overnight, there could be as high as a 1-in-9 chance Kate will wake up in time to get into the shower/bath before Nick (she wakes up between 6:00 and 6:09, Nick almost always gets into the bathroom before 6:03.
So anyway, how do you get the special chemistry 3event? The answer, my friend, is grind. Grind, grind, then grind some more.
for me doesnt work cheatengine if i search the exactly value ... i have to divided by 2 the initial value ... for example if i have 100 i have to search for 50 and then if i spend 5 ... i have to search - 10 instead .

Oh btw, I see a lot of comments and questions about using the cheat engine. That would be great for achieving some of the scenes that take a ton of grinding! But it seems it's mostly being used to increase money and I'm honestly asking... why? You need a little money for the cheapest laptop and to take the nPCs to the cafe, but Kate makes like ~300/week avg ($30/shift+items she finds), which is more than enough. It takes 30-60 seconds to have Kate work once per day, so I'm just generally curious why there is the motivation to cheat with money when there's nothing to really do with it? I've played the game from Day 1 twice (the original online version through v9 and then the offline version through v10), and I've never been low on money or had to grind for money to open new content. If you spend <1 minute per day making Kate go to work, you'll have thousands of dollars before you finish the Nick-Kate-bathroom scenes.
So is it just the fun and allure of figuring out how to hack the game a bit? Because that makes perfect sense to me, even if money is the least important commodity/stat in the game. If anyone knows how to hack/cheat the RNG variable for certain scenes, now THAT would be helpful.

Personally i use it for online courses ... you need like 5000-6000 to unlock everything . 3weeks * 7days * 1min = 21 minutes of pure grinding
that is assuming skipping days takes no time at all ( it does, so you can easily double that grinding time)
that is assuming you're only getting the cheapest laptop and you're never going to upgrade it again
that is assuming you don't spend any money otherwise
So yeah, I can see how people don't want to do that.
I actually thought the laptops were just a joke/placeholder because of how expensive they are. But there is actually content behind them?
