any idea how to complete flirting side quest, I have completed all other content in the game but can seem to progress this one
I think you have to invite Alice 1 more time to coffee bar and you have to start the Adam event as well .. Is the last impression flirting .

Τhe reason there's a lot of grinding is to make the game artificially longer, making you think that this a long game with lots of content. In normal game design speed this game would be 2 hours long at the most. But if you break a normal minute long conversation to 5 different events that have to be on separate days you make the player think that they're playing a huge game.

Yes, chat with Alice. Invite her to coffee, eventually you have the how to flirt conversation with her. There is also the "diving" conversation with Alice's sister at the café: she accidently falls to get more attention.

Too bad,not many people realize that...

I don't understand the excitement, the game is without problems with all events (even the hidden ones). Play in one day from start to finish.

Personally i use it for online courses ... you need like 5000-6000 to unlock everything . I dont know if the classes rating would help you in further but at least it's something to do :)
Yea, while I was grinding for the Nick-walks-in-on-Kate events, I maxed out all her education stats to 1000. Was there a purpose? No. Just something to do. Haha but working was something to do as well, I suppose. If I had figured out to speed up the Nick events earlier, I might have wished for money :).

Well using your own numbers you need like 3 weeks to buy the cheapest laptop.
3weeks * 7days * 1min = 21 minutes of pure grinding
that is assuming skipping days takes no time at all ( it does, so you can easily double that grinding time)
that is assuming you're only getting the cheapest laptop and you're never going to upgrade it again
that is assuming you don't spend any money otherwise

So yeah, I can see how people don't want to do that.
I actually thought the laptops were just a joke/placeholder because of how expensive they are. But there is actually content behind them?
When you put it like, I get it :). And yes, the laptops are useful for... spending more money! I don't think the more expensive ones have any purpose yet. Maybe they will later? The cheapest one is fine.

Something went fucky wucky for my game or is it all fine?

I've completed that Lisa cafe meetings story in V0.9. And wasn't the V0.10 supposed to reset that story or something? Nothing between me and Alice have changed or got reset as well it seems.

It's simple, really. Have you ever heard that quote: "The definition of insane is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result." If you accept that definition, this game is insane.

Take, for example, the Nick-walking-in-on-Kate events. You need to make this happen 22 times (!!). Because I'd like to think I am NOT insane, I tried some things a couple times, and when they didn't work, I stopped and then tried something else. I enjoy games where you solve puzzles or unlock content by being clever, or even stumbling on something kind of random, but this game is literally designed to force the player to try the same thing over and over again expecting (hoping for?) different results. It's not cleverness, it's randomness. Nick's visits are random, and whether Nick walks in alone, walks in with Julia, or doesn't walk in at all are produced by a random number generator. I was told it's a 1/4 chance, but let's be generous and say 1/3. And let's say Nick visits 3 times a week (also random). 3/7 * 1/3 means that you'll average 3 steps every 21 days, or about once a week. That means it will take 22 weeks (at least) to unlock all that content. And that's only if you know the 5:59 trick! If you let Kate sleep overnight (which until recently was the only way to save the game), your chances plummet to <1/28 days. If someone had not told me, "No, just keep doing that even though it only works randomly... it might take 100 days" I would have concluded that I was doing something wrong, that I wasn't being clever enough. Someone had to tell me "it's random--keep doing it over and over" for me to realize I wasn't wrong.

TL;DR: A lot of people expect if>then scenarios in games that reward a player for discovering the action that moves the game forward. This game moves forward by grinding through random chance, which isn't very rewarding. But I still play it, because I guess I'm kinda crazy :).

That's coming in v0.11. You're not missing anything yet :).

Does glamour have a planned update shedule, like once a month, or more like once every two to three months?

You can influence it (like BB) with what we do.
Yes, but because of the randomness, we might not even be aware we're influencing anything.

For example, if Kate waits in Julia's room at night until Julia asks her to leave, and then if Kate wakes up before Julia the next morning, Kate might see Julia watching porn and masturbating the next morning at 6am. This is a scene that cannot be viewed unless Kate waits in Julia's room, but if she does, it still might not happen. I stumbled on it twice and had no idea what the triggering behavior was, because I had done the exact same behavior before with no results. And as a player, why would I wait in Julia's room or spy on her in the morning if I had done both of things multiple times without seeing anything? In other words, why would I keep doing something that produced no interesting results because of previous random bad luck?

If there are actions the player can take to increase the chances that Nick walks in on Kate in the bathroom, what are they? It seems to make zero difference whether Kate watches porn on the couch with them, spies on them having sex, spies on them in the shower, or any other action. Many people reading this thread would love to know :).

EDIT: And this is actually my main point: I spent days and days trying to figure out what the "triggers" were for Nick walking in on Kate. I felt for sure Kate needed to do something, or not do something, during the day or evening to trigger the event the next morning. I even kept notes lol. Nope, turned out to be random.
