Double check, just to be on the safe side.
If it is, then either try the latest winrar (shouldn't make a difference, but worth a try anyway), or try downloading again.

1 - If you don't see the words "On Hold" or "Abandoned", then it's a good bet it's still in development.
2 - 0.14 Offline came out within the last couple of days, and the normal online-only version for patrons is 0.15, and that came out half way through June, as well as information about the upcoming 0.16 release.
3 - Safe to say it's still in development.

No. The game is updated regularly and is being worked on consistently.

Updated OP so the v0.5 walkthrough links directly to the dev's Patreon post. Current versions have a quest log that should make a walkthrough unnecessary, but if anyone is having trouble with the shower/bath content with Nick or the Chemistry/pill quest, any question you have has been answered multiple times, so please use the search function. Finding the answer might be a grind, but a lot less of a grind compared to this game.

Holy shit, this game finally because a porn. The main character finally has sex!!! I legit thought it would never happen.

Saying that it is still behind a HUGE grind wall. So this has moved passed out of the garbage category into the "disappointing" one. Wonder with time can it move into "Meh" with more sex scenes...

That's the normal online-only Glamour.

The Offline version doesn't do that, because all the necessary files for the relevant offline version are already in the download.
