Its not that the country is puritanical, its that there's nothing at this time to be gained by challenging the minority of people that will get upset once they learn Incest is being funded by PayPal. Who at Paypal is going to risk the personal and professional fallout that will certainly arise when they stand up and say "We've decided that incest is OK!". Its easier and safer to disallow it, and until we start dropping anvils on knee jerk reactionaries - better business to deny it and just keep our heads down.

Seriously? The US not puritanical? If you honestly think that, you obviously don't live here. In the US to this day nudity is bad and shameful, sex is dirty and sexuality in general is something to be ashamed of. Some blue states are less ignorant, but the majority of the country is still affected by mainly religious ignorance, leading to absolutely toxic views on sex and sexuality being promoted as "virtuous".

When it comes to Patreon not allowing incest content, it's just a safe play more than anything I think. In this cancel culture we're living in, no company based in the US is willing to risk it by allowing taboo content and then having the executives and ownership labeled as taboo or incest promoting.

Well that depends on whether or not you've played any of it. Remember that the updates for Max are 1 for every 2 for Kate, so if you're comparing by the rate of content for BB, then I'd say it's about 0.3 or 0.4 BB content wise for Max.

There's less overall development toward Max getting to do things with the various women available, and a bit more devoted to integrating his side into the game world.

Going back to whether or not you've played any yet, I'd say probably wait until next month's free/Offline release at the earliest if Max is all you're interested in.
Saying that, I do recommend at least playing the game to get to grips with how the game plays/works, regardless of Max or Kate.

That's been answered so many times already.

No 0.22 doesn't add that much.I was expecting we at least will reach kissing and make out,but it seems we still miles away from BB 0.2 and 0.3

I am reading through this thread and the walkthrough, appears to be completely different game than the Glamour I open. Mine is a remake of BB with really bad hot spots. The dialog either goes too slow or to fast and is very tiny even on a 4k 43 in monitor. Am I missing some magic that this is this other characters dream that is a grindy opening to the game?

When you open the game, there's a configuration window that opens first. Uncheck the windowed checkbox and select the resolution you want. The game is divided in two parts. You play either as a female, Kate, or as a male, Max. The Max story is a lot smaller due to having been less updated.

I don't know which version of the walkthrough you're reading, if it's version 0.5 don't waste your time. I don't think it's a BB remake, the idea is the same but it is totally different. In this game there are two story crossovers, Kate's story that she will have events at Alice's house and Max's story where Kate will appear at the house in the future. Yes, the text box of this game sucks, it is not the same as the other games, here you have to speed up the dialogues and then go up and then read, this ends up bothering you a lot, because it makes you lazy to read in this format. I wish that this game could have the option of having the dialogs in an original way, like the ones you have to keep clicking to pass the texts. Unfortunately it doesn't have that option, so I almost always lose the story because it is boring to read the dialogues that way. I don't think you're losing any magic, I hope the game gets better in the future, I just think the story is being too fast and forced.

To my understanding there's not going to be any Max content taking place after the end of BB storyline. The Max side is a new revamped story altogether within the BB setting. And so far the Julia side has been the main focus, so not a lot to play through with Max at this point. Just pointless grinding for a few teaser scenes basically.

Same deal here, BB was the first game that I came across in this genre. Flaws and all, it kept me occupied for a good while, and eventually led to me finding these forums. Had high expectations of Glamour because of BB nostalgia, but in its current state the game is just a ton of effort and grinding for no real reward at all. Don't how much further along the patron exclusive version is in terms of meaningful content, but this just doesn't seem like it's worth the effort to be honest.

am saving and it dosnt show on the load menu it only shows an old save and i cant change it

Have you read this post or this one yet? Might help. Though I haven't had any issue with saving. Are you sure you have write access to the save folder?
You might also want to give yourself Admin rights to the computer you're on, if you haven't already.
I'm fairly certain there's a save transfer utility somewhere in this thread. It may or may not help with your situation but maybe you should give it whirl.

Haven't gotten that scene. Then again the walkthrough doesn't tell you anything since it's not up to date, the ingame hint system is shit, if it works at all, and the amount of grind it takes to get anywhere it'll take me six weeks to get a scene that's worthwhile

Check the unofficial walkthrough on the first page. The game doesn't really have any grind. You never have to repeat the same action multiple times for something different to happen. Usually, each time you do something, the story progresses and you are rewarded with a new dialogue. I mean, maybe you don't like dialogues, which is fine, but you'd be better served just watching porn instead of playing games like this.

Oh, ok. I got stuck into trying to progress the random little scenes with Julia and her boyfriend, and since those are random and I've got no clue of any specific requirements it just became an endless loop trying to get any progression. Thanks for the tip though, will check the unofficial walkthrough.

The bathroom events don't help progression of the rest of the story, so they are entirely optional.

Unless there are trigger points for scenes at various stat levels.
e.g. when you reach 750 points it gives a scene, but you're already at 1,000 so don't get it.

Have seen this sort of scenario break games for players, in the past. No clue if there is anything of that nature here, but just to be aware that there is possible "hurt".

Does it matter which version it is?
Because I want to get that scene too.
Does it matter what I need to 750?

I have a problem continuing to the next step, according to the walkthough what I need to do is have Julia & Nick in the bedroom at 11/17 (which I have), and then talk to Julia about Nick and afterwards there should be BDSM gear in the basement. The problem is that I have nothing to talk about with Julia and after 5 days of repeatedly going back to the basement at both 11:00 and 13:00 there is no BDSM gear at all. Am I still missing something?



EDIT: never mind, after doing it 2 more days it finally triggered.

You have to return home from school to trigger the bdsm gear, not simply look in the basement. I'm not sure why you're stuck tho. Maybe you need to wait a few more days before you're able to talk to Julia about Nick. You might also not have watched enough erotic movies with Julia and Nick. So that's what I'd suggest, watch a movie or two, wait a few days and check Julia if she will talk to you about Nick.

Not counting japanese games my first were 2 games- Something Unlimited/Injustice Unlimited in that time/ and Malise and the Machine way back in 2015
