I have tried the game, but it runs slower than molasses (and I have a fast computer, normally it handles any game without qualms - AMD Ryzen7 3800X 8-cores 3.9GHz with 16 GN RAM and a GeForce GTX 2070 SUPER with 8GB GDDR and win10 64bit OS).

Is there any way to enhance performance? because as it is, the game is not playable.

And
ARM Cortex-A53 Quad-Core CPU @ 2.4Ghz/4GB 1600Mhz RAM/ARM Mali-G71 MP2, 770 MHz Dual-Core GPU/Android 9 (Pie)

Guess what? They both run it like a dream. Your system is technologically superior to both of mine so it's GOT to be one or more of the following:
Something you did
Too many background programs running
Hardware issues
The Online version.

I only run the Offline versions. No issues.

Do you play with an old save or completely with the 035.1 version since the beginning ?

It's the problem, with an old save I had the same problem, or you're able to find a save long before now (home punishments should be ok, I think) or you need to restart the game...

Dude, this game would run on 10 year old computer. You are ether using online version or something wrong with your computer.
