It might be a resolution issue, try running windowed 1080p or something similar with 16:9 aspect ratio. I had same problems in the past and resolution solved this.

I had it too, changing the resolution helped

0.20 anyway was not that interesting,0.21 is another story,even with less renders.Still both are way better than 0.17-0.18 that together have twice less renders than 0.21.
