Recommending Guro, Ryona and NTR game Teir list and Review (In progress 80+ entries)

What I dislike about all the lists for guroges (or well the one that exists at the moment) is that most of the games are unplayed, unsorted and just lie around the place, so here's a guide from someone who has played a probably unhealthy amount of them,

To preface
1: you won't see a ton of VNs here purely because I don't play a ton of them, I like to get physical
2: I try to rank my games on a normal distribution because I hate it when people refuse to give lower than a 5 and so I can curb rank inflation. So you can be confident that the top tiers are full of actually good (or at least playable) games. (also games are ranked in descending order of quality, top of their teir means they're great for that teir and bottom of that teir means they're almost slipping down)
3: Due to making use of point 2 it is inevitable that I must sometimes move entries around as the list is still being updated very frequently, if you see a game isn't where it previously was you can rest assured that it wasn't deleted. I probably just moved it to another tier.

  • Dustmania Grotesque (guro): It's the guro-est guroge of them all, it's got every fetish mixed in with great voice acting and very good art, not much to complain about here just generally a very good game, oh plot? Uh, there's no real plot here if you're actually into that, it's just a girl being tortured for basically exsisting. But hey! The torture methods are all incredibly creative and they have an actual voice actress involved (like, someone with actual experience that still works in the field). And if you're here for branching choices you're in the wrong game anyway because this one only has bad, tortureous ends for the FMC. You won't hear me complaining though because it's the "fun" kind of torture.
  • LonaRPG (Ryona): I mean yeah OF COURSE this is top of the list, the art is great and it's probably the best actual RPGM game out there, because it has actual gameplay someone can play unironically without the porn. But don't think the porn sucks, the porn is great. CGs look amazing and has a unique art style with them being frequent enough that you're never too far off from the next one. There's a real time combat system too and not a turn based one despite being an RPG title so that's another obvious pro (once you get used to it seriously it is janky as hell) alongside the absolutely stellar worldbuilding and exploration (yes, an open, explorable map in an RPGM game). To give an idea for how good it is, I only have two complaints, first of all you need to play it with a guide, game tells you absolutely nothing and unless you fancy save scumming every second you should play with a guide, problem is, the wiki hasn't been updated since 0.7, we're on 0.9... Second of all the mechanics (due to being an RPGM game) are jank as hell and sometimes downright player hostile (like the bullshit combat system), but you can patch that with mods. Apart from that, it's pretty good, like I said, it's a game first and porn game second but the porn part of the porn game is great even if the CGs are few and far between (and you are actively incentivised not to play it like a porn game unless you play a succubus build like a masochist).

    and Graveyard Executioner and eventually depravia Sariel when it releases) (Guro), 3 games under one title might seem like cheating but they are the same game but with more or less polish and a different girl, you won't get anything close to vanilla in here but despite the intense atmosphere and background the game itself is very forgiving for all 3, combined with good voice acting, great art and just a ridiculous variety of artwork and some ways of killing I never even thought of (seriously some of those are insanely creative) makes it well deserving of top tier. If I had to say anything before you get started beware that the higher your score the better ending you get for the depravia titles (but even with a B score in every level the ending is still satisfying) and also it's incredibly fun seeing how the warning card evolves to look even more intimidating title to title as the gore gets somehow progressively more extreme.
A:
  • Goblin burrow (And it's standalone DLC) (Ryona) (technically NTR): look this might be a stupid complaint but this game has too much porn, you get hit with like 6 5 minute long sex CGs in one day. In a game about long term planning... Meaning unless you're a master edger who can jerk it for an hour (or some kind of psychopath who plays an eroge to skip the sex scenes) you probably aren't doing very good on the strategy front because you're quitting after each day, ignoring that. The game is suprisingly tame for what you can do in it, like for a game where you can feed a girl her lovers corpse and have her kill herself afterwards or rape the girls until they snap and off themselves, the scenes at it's most extreme just have the girls crying and the goblin champions dick scratching her pussy and making her scream (you don't see it it's only described in the audio). So don't go here if you expect hard gore. Do come here however for the sheet ridiculous quantity and quality of porn aswell as pretty good strategy elements that require you to basically read an entire 120 page thesis to fully comprehend and master (which you probably won't unless you're jerking for hours), also it's technically NTR because you're NTRing her husband/boyfriend/early-2010-anime-harem-main-character (oh and you can decide who wins the love triangle with who gets his corpse!) but it's only like 2 characters in the second game and I think 0 in the first game. Overall, give it a shot!
  • Wolfs Dungeon (Ryona): Good game, top tier, not much to say here, tons of animations and good gameplay propels it high up by those alone. Give it a shot you will probably like it. Only complaint being the game doesn't really support one handed play and early enemies can be beat by just spamming the same move over and over (don't expect it to work later though)
  • Vivi and the Mad Island (Rape) untranslated: Did you enjoy Alps and the dangerous forest? Well this is the game about her sister, they're both soft spoken conservative girls put into the same dangerous island where everything has a dick and wants to fuck you (specifically without your consent). Except her sister has a sword (and gun!). Combat is suprisingly fun and smooth (with some actual thought put into it). Literally everything else in the forest is far stronger than you so most of the game you're jumping around dodging hits and parrying attacks than standing still and tanking hits. It's by no means the best I've ever played but it almost feels passable for an actual videogame I'd play without porn. Just bewarned halfway through you do switch perspectives again to your sister Alps and the game turns back into survival horror. As for the porn it is mostly vanilla sex with the girls crying being the most extreme thing you'll get, There's also some live 2D interactive segments where you can grope her coworkers but that's nothing super special. All the female characters are also fully voiced and the VA's are stellar at their job. give it a shot, You'll probably like it
  • Degrees of lewdity (ryona): before you lynch me for not giving it S hear me out, the gameplay is almost entirely text based apart from your tiny avatar on top meaning there's basically no graphics apart from the sex ones which honestly aren't too great. It doesn't help that I enjoy action and being the aggressor sometimes and this game just doesn't allow that. It also incentivises you to only play a routine and not really deviate from it too much. And that's about it for negatives, The game is great for roleplay and those who don't need as much visual aid to get off as me (if you're one of those put it on S). There is also just so. So many fetishes, like so many I've been in for 10 hours and I don't think I've played even half of the content yet. Including stuff like transformations, machines, beasts, sex toys watersports etc and basically everything except hard gore. You WILL find your fetish here probably. Other than that. Look at the tin, if you like what you see. Play it, you'll have a blast, if you saw the tin and immediately turned your head when you saw it was a text game, it'd probably be a B for you (seriously it has so much porn you can play it like a glorified CG gallery and remain satisifed)
  • Isekai frontline (Rape but in honesty it's pretty vanilla): if you're into the screaming and crying don't play it, this is the kind of rape where she only gives lip service while enjoying every moment of it. the production quality is fantastic for an eroge and the character designs are great, the gameplay is alright and mildly entertaining if a bit frustrating at times and the game has 0 relation with girls frontline despite what the title would suggest. No real comments other than that, what you see on the tin is what you get. Oh and I feel I need to say that there's like one penetration scene per girl, everything else is some variation of foreplay that doesn't involve insertion.
  • Mephias: Azure and Crimson Verge (NTR, Rape), I'm going to be honest this is the only erogame I've played that got me taking down plot points and writing the lore on pen and paper pointing to a whiteboard like a schizophrenic madman piecing together clues to figure out the plot. P23rklo has the best rendition i've seen so far and I've linked it for you to read if you're interested, as for the gameplay it's fun enough but it's your standard somewhat above average RPG maker title, bosses were almost all underwelming too despite their cool designs, it can be crude at times (the non sex animations feel more like you're watching a slideshow), but the very fact they exsist shows that the author is willing to try new things, which I applaud him for. I must say though the game has quite a huge variety of sex scenes all of which are well animated, only problem being you're out of luck if you expected voice acting. Overall this game more than deserves it's high rating at the top of A teir.
  • Waifu fighter (rape but only on paper) (also known as Feminist F-ist): the gameplay is alright (but some moments of it are absolutely hilarious) but it's mostly here just so you can have an excuse for the porn. And the porn is pretty good, artstyle is unique and the voice actresses are pretty decent (they also speak in mandarin) it's basically what you see in the thumbnails but way, way less intense than it would lead you to believe, at most the sex scenes are "oh no pls don't rape me" while they're totally enjoying it kind of deal and not any real resistance.
  • Bio-asshard (Guro): Good game, the gameplay is quite fun and the porn is quite good, this is one of the few games on this list where I unironically played it for a bit purely for the gameplay. Though I have not seen an updated in quite a while so don't be expecting new content (or a finished game for that matter) any time in the near future.

    (not on F95 but steam) (guro): Great mystery, tense moments and one of the best suicide scenes I've seen so far done purely with text and one ending CG, really puts you into the mind of a powerless little girl in an unfamiliar enviroment which just makes the self harm scene feel all the more gut wrenching. I can wholeheartedly say this is one of the better mystery games I've played so far, lack of voice acting and general shortness being some of the only things putting it off S. (on a side note this game also has some cryptic lore but it's not that hard to peice together though)
  • Nebel Geisterjager (NTR), voice acting is quite nice and the art is of good quality and quantity, despite being an RPG maker title it doesn't feel subpar and the combat is surprisingly fun but repetitive in the mid to late game (well, as fun as an RPG maker game could get), check out the same VA's extra content because her voice acting carried it from high B to A linked in the thread (p2 here and p1 here) seriously the voice actress is the best part of this game.
  • Mad Island (Guro): the Minecraft of guroges, do whatever you want essentially, the gameplay itself is probably top tier for this list but general jank (IE: no tutorial except fanmade ones, the infuriating inventory system, and general bugginess), though by "whatever you want" it does quite literally mean whatever, did a girl catch your fancy? Take her back to your base and process her skull into a candle next to your bed, running out of food? Butcher your companion and eat her. There is technically a "storyline" but it's not the main focus here, the game is about as limited as your imagination.
  • Infiltrating Agent Emil: The Three Torturers (Ryona): It'd be a B teir game but all the important scenes are fully voice acted, granted she's not exactly superb at her job but she has a nice scream and cries real pretty and that's frankly all you need in a torture game. CG is above average at best but the fact they're fully voiced make them feel much more satisfying than most other games on the market (really gives the game an extra kick). Nothing quite beats hearing someone beg for their life even if you don't necessarily understand what they're talking about. Overall, play with headphones or else this is just another B teir RPGmaker eroge.
  • Dismantling Workshop of Biogirl (Guro), very good visual novel scenes and the voice acting is excellent (when its there), the gameplay itself is unique and doesn't overstay its welcome, but it can be tedious at times. Don't be baited by the intro though if the entire game was similar to the intro cutscene it would be an automatic S but alas the rest of the game is (still fun) but somewhat grindy and just... Boring, it's got a cool concept and has great art (oh also the circle makes amazing guro doujins) but you're incentivised to basically press the same buttons over and over like a rhythm game and not really look at the sprites. That and the "sex" portion of it has so little impact I geniunely did not interact with it at all until after I finished the game and immediately got bored after 2 minutes. One peice of advise I'll give is I'd advise you stock up on blood when you get corpses because trust me trying to decapitate living, crying, and screaming women in the one level before they give you a gun is a process so painful I wish they just handed me dead girls instead.
  • NTR phone: The sheer ridiculous quantity of CGs alone puts it in A teir, With possibly it's greatest strength being the dialogue that feels like you're actually communicating with a woman and not some old mans interpretation of what a collage girl texts like. Other than that the storyline actually diverges and branches out (not the fake type of branching like there's entirely different endings branching for every girl) and combine that with multiple girls wth a bit of voice acting thrown in once in a while in the form of voicemails and you can almost pretend like you're being NTRed. There's also animations in this game if that wasn't enough CG for you somehow.
  • Cage of tentacles (rape): Kind, timid softspoken elf slowly being mindbroken into a breeding station. I recommend you play your first route without savescumming and fully embrace the slut because the game is so trivial once you get the mechanics down that it takes active effort to loose combat encounters. Also takes even more to actually reach 100% fallen. Seriously it takes so long and so many mistakes for you to encounter a game over it gets tedious. The porn is very well animated and extremely plentiful that even come with pretty good voice acting that really makes you just want to see her suffer even more, (though don't expect anything extreme here) There's even a subsection of comic style encounters which are all super fun. Usually I'd give a review on the gameplay but not this time, best experience is jumping in blind here. If you like the girls design (and who doesn't love themselves neat silent blond beauty) then give it a shot.
  • Metal edge girl Blazer RPG (Ryona): Low A teir and crawling into B teir, the combat system is somewhat entertaining (it's still RPG maker don't expect too much), the CG is numerous and of decent quality and the characters have curves for days, no hard gore here but Ryona is abundant, there is no voice acting which is a disappointment however but you will never be short on porn. Standard RPGM fare goes, look at the thumbnail, love it? Go ahead, you'll eat good, think its ugly? Maybe seek something else.
B:

    (Vanilla, suprisingly, I just like it): I hesitated to put this on the list because it's more of a glorified CG gallery than an actual erogame (distinctly lacking in the game part) and is notably not NTR or Guro (or rape for that matter) but it gets an honourable mention purely because the animation is amazing and you definitely have seen clips of it before on the internet. It would be S tier for pure porn but has to be in B purely because no gameplay.
  • Udonge species cave (Rape): What can I say, the gameplay itself is solid art is amazing and generally feels great, my biggest complaint is that it's too short with only 3 levels and can be speedran in around 10 minutes. Animation itself is solid though so give it a go. This is one of those games where it's well made but too short to give an extensive review about.
  • Seed of the Dead Sweet Home (Guro, NTR, Ryona): Modded LFD but more streamlined, the girls are nice and the shooter is fun, theoretically, it should be S tier simply out of a sheer variety of content and ridiculous quantity (I think there is something around 100 sex scenes alone and at least a hundred character scenes), zombies are still bullet sponges but much less compared to the previous games and it feels quite nice mowing them down in hoards, my biggest complaint here is how it can still manage to make my setup which runs yandere sim at 60 FPS buckle and how the heroines just kind of stand still when they shoot, allowing zombies to gather next to them as they slowly get beaten down and raped, this is possibly one of the only games on this list where I would recommend you play with NSFW turned off purely so you don't need to bail out the heroines every 3 seconds and get to skip the incredibly repetitive sex healing mechanic.
  • Raw Meat (Guro): Overall not really "hard" guro as much as it is just torture (you don't see a ton of blood) and I feel obligated to say that there's scat involved in some of the scenes, Theoretically it should be higher up in the list due to the artwork but it is really held back by lack of a VA, a torture game where you can't hear the screams and crying drags it down by quite alot (it's half the fun after all), regardless, the visuals are quite nice and the torture still feels dynamic enough to not feel like a slideshow, just be warned the game seriously loves it's ugly basterds and it's RPGM difficulty is so insane I geniunely think the creator fucked up because the first boss is mathematically impossible unless you grind trash mobs beforehand. Do yourself a favor and edit your save so you don't have to interact with the garbage combat system.
  • Alps and the dangerous forest (rape): If you like this game I'd also recommend you try out vivi and the mad island. Most sex is conducted with non human entities in this game (except two I think) but the CGs are all of good quality and there is some voice acting in here, ranked lower than it's sister because the animations are somewhat jankier and also I think the stealth puzzel gameplay isn't as fun as the action side scroller of vivi and the mad island, but if you liked that one and wanted more (or just wanted to play it's prequel) give it a try, You'll definently like it (nobody is going to complain about two cakes). Also this one is fully translated so you can actually read and understand the dialogue. Well "dialogue" but most monsters here can't talk back to her so it's more of a sexy monologue.
  • Academy special police department - SIGNIT (Ryona, NTR): Quite a few CGs of good quality, combat is repetitive but entertaining enough for a porn game, your generic "walk around and get raped" game except there are technically 3 vanilla routes you can take but all 3 have very little CG, Except Rikka, you can tell she's the authors favourite (because only her pure love route has CG yet my beautiful ojousama doesn't)
  • She Ill Server (Rape): Lane-based strategy game, the lewd pixel animations are great and the CG is good as well. The gameplay isn't horrible but doesn't drag on so long that it overstays its welcome and becomes an annoyance. There is also a cheat menu (purchasable with hearts) which comes with a zoom function which is a must-have to experience those animations which is most of the porn and its best selling point. Overall a fun experience.
  • Blood Rush (Guro): Animated CG in the style of old Liveleak videos, the game itself is quite good and you could almost fool me into believing this wasn't an RPG maker game if you tried hard enough. Gameplay itself was fun for an RPG maker title but nothing to write home about, you're mostly here for the CGs which doesn't disappoint, overall it can only rank high B purely because it's a short RPG maker title with not a ton of content. Also, there is an optional gambling side game but I honestly don't see why anyone would play it.
  • Training of the cybernetic heroine of justice (Guro): Redhead-augmented supergirl goes around getting her shit kicked in by almost everything, the fights are easy as hell and serve really no purpose, it could have been a visual novel because it has practically 0 gameplay except a few grunts you can knock out with a stiff breeze and the forced loss sections. The CGs and torture sections are great though and overall it doesn't waste your time with endless grinding and just gets straight to the action (in both senses of the word), also be warned the story has no proper conclusion except "and then they kept fighting forever", no epilogue, no final "hurrah" as the heroine and her boyfriend triumps over evil, which was kind of disappointing.
  • Mansion (Rape): Mystery game made in 2016 (reminder that's currently 9 years ago), so it's basically an antique (you can't even get it off dlsite anymore). the game is gameplay first and sexy time second it's CGs honestly aren't all that up to snuff but it's mystery elements are ok, this is definently a game that is more than the sum of it's parts because everything just works together smoothly for a vaguely horror experience that isn't so horrifying you stop being aroused and start being actually scared. Look at the tin and get it if you like 2D horror games and the artstyle.
  • Bunny Girl's strange alien adventure (Rape): Good waste of an hour, the enemy designs are kind of fun (you get to fight a lewd statue of liberty) and the CG gallery is great if a bit small. The platformer sections are incredibly easy too. Take a look at the thumbnail, if you like the art then go give it a shot, if you don't well there's not much here for you otherwise.

    (Guro, offsite, Thanks to Akurey for the link) Splatter school but better in all ways basically, what pushes it up is how it finally fixed its lacklustre CG gallery and added better quality animations. If you like side scrollers this wouldn't hurt to try. I want to say more about this game but frankly I can't, take a look at the tin and that's what you're getting, no more no less.
  • Unbreaker (Ryona): See what I said about Splatter Beach but this time with a superhero coat of paint (and no gore), also has a very good Doujin that comes with it (but that one is very heavy on guro)

    (Guro, offsite, Thanks to Akurey for the link): Good gameplay, solid animations and CGs and doesn't overstay it's welcome, traps are overused in this game because you meet one every 5 steps but other than that the gameplay is solid if easy. My only complaint is that the game itself is in Japanese only so the menu is quite janky, you need to whip out your phone translator app to read the traders menu (or if you are like me press around random buttons and get a surprise colonoscopy), 18 CGs and only one of them are guro, overall quite a fun game, give it a shot but don't expect it to blow you away.
  • Little Life (Ryona): not that many CGs but the game itself is quite fun and doesn't overstay its welcome, the CGs are of good quality and it was fun bullying her for a bit. Would be ranked lower if not for its relative shortness compensating for its flaws. I want to write more but the problem is there is just physically not enough shit in the game for me to write about, what you see on the cover is what you get and nothing more.
  • Tenants of the Dead (NTR), about as B-tier as a game gets, the art is of good quality and animated and the game itself does not overstay its welcome, Voice acting is middle of the pack but overall it was quite enjoyable. I'd recommend you give this a shot if you're into NTR. I could say more about the gameplay but the thread has everything you need and it's super, ridiculously self explanatory. Oh and make sure you explore the building so you don't miss out on having sex with the former stripper. She's best girl.
  • My girlfriend advanced to the dancer class (NTR): average run-of-the-mill RPG maker NTR game, art is of good quantity and quality (feels like the artist isn't trying but looks good while it's not trying, a style lost to 2013 deviant art) and the FMC is charming enough with the jokes landing most of the time. NTR is technically optional but really why are you playing a NTR game if you want NTR to be optional?
  • Naughty tale of rabbits - A cuckold RPG (formerly known as NTR rabbits): The only reason it ranks so high is because of its numerous CGs, quite a few of them are gay and the gameplay itself is boring at best, I recommend opening the CG menu and just skipping to the good stuff but you can play it if you're into tons of RPG maker combat... Like a masochist
  • Chris survival (Rape): Do you have a fetish for girls in SS uniform? (But she's a member of the Kriegsmarine but it's not the Kriegsmarine uniform it's the Allgemaine-SS somehow?) Well this one has it, I'm half disappointed that she doesn't speak with a german accent but the generic "Cutesy jap girl about to get raped by orcs" voice you hear in these eroge alot, Art is great as usual (look at the thumbnails) and apart from my personal disappointments the voice acting is perfectly serviceable. The gameplay is where I have a problem though because it kind of just assumes you know what you're doing and gives you 0 instructions which is a real pain because half of the things on the map have mechanical triggers in another area. Meaning blind virgin runs are basically impossible unless you have insane luck because you can just randomly walk into a section and get gangbanged raped because you didn't get XYZ from halfway across the map you were supposed to know existed. Leading to some frustrating moments of "wtf am I supposed to do". Oh and you can just farcry 4 the story by moving left from your first camp and getting on the ship to finish it in 2 minutes for the CG gallery. (Note: there's also a motion anime for it if you're interested linked here). Overall the art is pretty good and the voice acting is perfectly serviceable though it's more vanilla than I would like.
  • Alice's Conclusion (NTR): Doesn't really even feel like NTR, her engagement status is practically irrelavent to the story and serves no purpose other than for her to wax poetic occasionally about how she's cheating on her boyfriend (very occasionally), overall the sex is super vanilla (spiciest you get is one futa and a singular tentacle scene). It reserves the B spot because I like the artstyle but unfortunately cannot go higher because the gameplay is so, so incredibly repetitive, as in "you must repeat the exact same action for 10 minutes for one sex scene" repetitve. Go open the safe and enjoy the CG if you must the passcode is 84629. Thank me later
  • Cyan brain (Guro): only a demo at the moment but what it has shown is quite promising, I cannot make sweeping comments right now but the animations are of good quality, the gameplay feels smooth and the designs are genuinely amazing. It may rank higher once the actual game is released.
  • Knight Girl and the Dungeon (Rape): Good enough game that was mildly entertaining, the only reason it ranks higher than Mansion is because it has a CG menu and the souls-like mechanics were somewhat fun, a good waste of an hour but has no replayability. I could say more but this is literally enshitified dark souls but with sexy soldier lady, don't expect too much from the combat either it's kind of boring too.
  • Signal Forces II (Ryona): Generic "go around and get raped" RPG maker game, the CG is good and that is its only redeeming factor, the gameplay itself is repetitive (mildly entertaining but by the nth time you do it it's just a chore) and there is 0 voice acting, overall the vanilla of this tier list, it's not horrible but you wouldn't see anyone saying it's their favourite. Would have ranked higher if not for its superior cousins
  • Banquet of sadism (Guro): it's quite fun for a bit but then after a few days it hard resets and there goes all your progress, also like 90% of the functions are shit and piss related, I'm more of a blood and screams kind of guy so personally this is E their purely because of that but objectively if you're into that this is a B tier game.
  • Swimsuit girl pleasure torture (Rape), good art and voice acting but as it is a simulation game moonlighting as a visual novel there is no real "gameplay" to speak of. And you are out of luck if loli's or swimsuits aren't your fetish. but if that IS your fetish put this in A teir because the porn is unironically pretty well animated. Just don't go in expecting any stellar voice acting, there's some voice acting but its mostly moans and grunts which isn't necessarily a bad thing either.
  • Netorase no saki (NTR): basic game with almost no voice acting, my biggest gripe is that despite being able to send her to the same man more than twice the author has no CG for those events so they completely skip it, overall I like the concept of the game and the CGs are of good quality (gives off a slightly amaturish feel that makes these NTR games great) but it doesn't belong higher on the list.
  • Super Flower Squadron Honey Ranger (Ryona): Similar to its cousin booting it up will introduce you to the best theme song a tootsie roll and half a piece of toilet paper can buy. The animations are quite good though CGs are quite few and do feel choppy at times. There is also no ending screen to this game. Overall it only ranks this high due to being a mildly entertaining experience with good CG and animation.

  • Screamer labo (Ryona): No hard gore here and the gameplay itself is ok, the art is decent (although pretty rare and usually a still image with few variations) there is no voice acting as expected, the only reason it belongs in C and not D is that the gameplay itself was mildly entertaining enough for a title only a few hours long with no replayability
  • Goblin crusher (rape): Somehow some part of me wants to give this a higher rating, I don't know what it is about this game but it has charm, be it the vast RPGM world that feels somewhat explorable and lived in to all the redundant buildings which serve no purpose other than for you to enter and talk to NPCs there for fun. It's great and combined with the amature-ish art style really gives off a "my first RPGM game" feel that's very personal and completely contradicting of the shovelwear vibe most RPGM games have. Too bad that's where the compliments end, the game is trash, objectively. There is no CG menu so you need to manually get raped yourself, the combat is just "hold down Z until dead" and the story is super short with none of the goblins having any custom CGs or anything (except the final boss has a custom loss CG). The lack of a CG gallery is particularly annoying because of the way the porn system works you don't know if you're gonna get the CG you want to see when you get raped. It's completely random. Overall pretty meh title, Oh also the porn scenes aren't translated. Blame the MTL
  • The World of Gangs (NTR): Look, I LOVE the cultivation genre but this game just sucks ass. You're telling me it's a game set in a truely unique and unexplored setting made with a custom engine??? Should be topping the list right? Unfortunately no. I shit you not they MADE A CUSTOM ENGINE just to TURN THE GAME INTO MORE RPGM SLOP. Like, they have redundant functions in the game (like items) and completely redundant locations that serve no purpose yet they had the time to basically remake a fucking engine in unity??? This is possibly the worst resource management I've seen and I work in software. The ultimate attacks also look like absolute ass and are completely unskippable so have fun slowly watching them play 8 times a fight. Oh you want to know about the porn? The porn is good, it's the only reason it's not in E teir because the porn is objectively great. Take a look at the thumbnail and you get a grasp of the quality, only gripe is that with 13 scenes and literally all of them being in the NTR route there isn't much and of that there is zero variety. Don't expect the same quality from every other art though because the two FINAL BOSSES are literally just JPEGS the author got from google, not even a PNG it's a fucking JPEG because you can see the pixels on that mf as his background awkwardly clips into the scene. Which I think truly shows the resource management the devs use. I know I'm unusually harsh on this game but god damnit it just... Makes me sad more than anything, probably the game with the most wasted potential on the list.

    (NTR): I really like the art style, the simplistic cute pencil drawing style felt like it was a young kids first draft highlighting her cute and soft features which really juxtaposes nicely with the adult NTR aspect giving it an indescribable feel like you're doing something super fked up. Biggest complaint is the lack of any kind of background music, it's just complete silence the entire time making it somewhat unnerving. Otherwise, take a look at the thumbnail, if you like it, great, give it a go, if you don't, too bad because you're getting what's written on the tin and nothing else (oh also minor nitpick but you need to work to ntr her at a ntr brothel, which seriously makes me think the MC should get a caretaker to spend his money for him). Also there's endings in the game apperently so give the readme a look so you don't completely skip over them and complain about how it just abruptly ends (like I did...)
  • NTR house: Once again the developers make a great foundation just to fumble it all at the finishing line, you'd think this would be deserving of an A but no, the game itself is incredibly unpolished and MTL is awkward, especially for a card game where keywords matter. At best you can barely understand what it does and at worst it screws up a few keywords and suddenly you think the card does something else completely, the class locked equipment also makes completely 0 sense for a single-player game except to maybe add replayability (why would you replay this ntr game in particular). And the CG porn is just a slideshow of not even good quality. It is well deserving of this teir
  • Woke up in a Pixiv game (abandoned, Guro): Good game with great potential the only reason it is ranked this low is because it's never getting finished. A shame too, it was one of the few games where it felt both perfectly in character to be a complete asshole who barges into womens houses to grape them until they literally kill themselves (you get to keep the corpse in your basement) and a generic nice guy with both playstyles feeling rewarding. Alas at its current (and final) stage of development, the game only has two sections and a handful of CGs making it mostly a waste of time.
  • Village Targeted by Barbarians (NTR): the gameplay is repetitive and the animations are all sillouets because this developer in particular loves sillouets, the CG menu seems numerous but most of it is the same CG with different dialogue (even worse with MTL) but the art itself is ok, it's so easy you practically must go out of your way to get NTRed. If you are going to play the game a tip is to rush to get a knight, that's how you can beat the hardest difficulty with mild challenge purely because of how laughably bad the gameplay loop is thought out.   • Queen's Glory (Rape): This game ALMOST hinted at being a banger but the mechanics are garbage, the game has one route you can take and that's it, any deviation from pressing those exact sets of buttons or making any other choices will result in a game over eventually. The most infuriating aspect is probably the lack of alternative solutions, say you have an incredible military and economy but bad politics, you cannot defeat the rebellion or bribe them, you just die. All your options have no long-term results apart from making a number go up. But the MOST infuriating part of the game is probably the fact that the queen is physically unable to say "how much". You only see that after you make a decision, and there is no undo button. The only reason it ranks this high is because the hentai CG is quite well-drawn and voiced. By the end of the game, you would want to paint the kingdom in blood and start a reign of terror, sadly you do not have the option to massacre all your citizens and nobles.
  • I am not a leader (NTR): First off in typical Kegani fashion they make a great premise with the worst possible execution so don't expect exhilarating gameplay here, second off take a look at the thumbnail, do you like the art? If yes, get it sure, if no, just skip it you won't miss anything important. Seriously the gameplay loop is just the tutorial but repeated for 20 hours if you want to finish the game on a higher difficulty than recruit, oh, plot? You're an adventurer and your girlfriend acts as bait for the rapist monsters and the rapist teacher molests her while you hunt, also they inject her with NTR aphrodisiacs, no it's not nearly as fun as it sounds. Yes this single player NTR eroge shovel ware expects you to grind like it's an MMO for your skills (like many other games by this circle). As for the porn it's just ok, the artstyle is alright and the sex is nothing animated (except the silhouettes this circle loves so much). The biggest crime here is not having CG for banging the side chicks because they're some of the best characters in the game (which isn't saying much because the bar is so low satan is using it to play limbo).
  • Slave Farm (Guro): The gameplay is repetitive but the CGs are fun and numerous (despite most of them being the same scenario with a different girl). Interestingly enough all the CGs can be directly accessed from the game files so you can just view that if you're uninterested in the generic RPG maker gameplay. It's geniunely so mediocre in it's existence I haven't even finished half of it yet I can confidently make a judgement about all of it's contents which just tells you the level of quality we're dealing with.
  • Unholy Prayer (Rape, outdated as I didn't play the latest update): The game has potential but it is far too incomplete for me to in good faith give it any higher than an average rating despite it's great foundation. Also, the developers should seriously optimise the game because it takes way too much processing power for a side scroller.
  • Extreme Modification Magical Girl Mystic Lune (Torture? Rape): still in it's alpha but god damn the porn is great as usual. Look at the cover, if you like it, take it, if you don't leave it. Just know there's no voice acting at the moment and all scenes are animated. Right now it's too unfinished to give anything higher than a C as its just a glorified CG gallery but it's undoubtably going to be a high B-A tier game when it's complete.
  • Splatter School (Guro): the game featured on all those YouTube icebergs is surprisingly not horrible, it has a dozen CGs it recycles over and over with minimal variation and the gameplay itself is meh at best, the game itself is surprisingly not that hard (the girl herself being able to take down most things with a simple swipe of her box cutter), but the 52 animations are worth looking at, the game itself will take around an hour and the timing system is fun, the only reason it is not ranked higher is simply because of the recycled CG and its far superior cousin(s) who offer a practically objectively better experience
  • Orc Cavern(rape): take a good look at the thumbnail, this is about the quality you can expect for this game. Shovelware RPGM game but this time the artist has a bit of a webtoon artstyle flair to it. you get to play as a skinny rogue loli and as a bustier rogue lady in the first and second half respectively, took me around 20 minutes to finish and fair warning there's no CG menu in this game at all. So make saves at the appropriate times if you want to see the porn.
  • NTRPG: The Girl Protecting Me is Stolen by That Guy I Hate (Do I need to?): Neat FMC but this is shovleware NTR. No real "gameplay" and only one ending (which isn't much of an ending either). With only 12 CGs it's a short game with a handful of scenes that probably isn't worth your time. Look at the CG on the tin, if you like those CGs give it a shot.
  • Escape from the Mansion (Rape): a Resident Evil style shooter where you play as a girl stuck inside of a mansion, no plot no reason just go around, kill things and get raped, not super fun but it was a good enough waste of an hour or two that I do not regret playing it (but has absolutely 0 replayability). Just don't go in expecting incredible gunplay or an actual mystery or puzzels.
  • Special Operation Unit - SIGNAL FORCES (Ryona): Generic "go around and get raped" RPG maker game, the CG is good and that is its only redeeming factor, the gameplay itself is repetitive and there is 0 voice acting, would have ranked higher if not for its superior cousins.
  • Executioners world (Guro): Good game, don't let the AI-generated and general jank scare you away, the game is short but replayable with 6 different girls too well, execute, it's quite well drawn despite being AI and entertaining enough without demanding many brain cells or learning curve, as much as I enjoyed it however, it is objectively horrible and complete shovelware (and the author seems to be unable to comprehend how to clip buildings properly) but I just cannot in good faith put it lower than high C, (update: it is also abandoned so it will forever remain in C)
  • NTR lesson (NTR), was it fun? Yeah kind of, is it garbage? Yes, totally. The "animation" most of the time is just stretching the two models. The gameplay itself is repetitive and boring (the game even acknowledges this and lets you skip the main loop midway through), the girls get basically no characterisation apart from sex, and the game itself is thankfully quite short at only a few hours long so it does not overstay its welcome. Play it for the porn and then immediately forget it forever kind of game.
D:
  • Phantom Buster Rumi: (Ryona) Developer wiped his ass with this game and for good reason, even for 2018 standards it was somewhat subpar, the animation itself feels ok and the voice acting is janky, the reason it doesn't belong further down is just simply due to how self-contained and short it is, it doesn't overstay it's welcome and is a pretty good experience that way
  • Sneak in destroy (Ryona): a handful of CGs, not super fun gameplay and an RPG maker title, there isn't much to say here it's a run-of-the-mill RPG maker "go around and get raped" game this time with a stealth gimmick (well, "stealth" gimmick) because you still get to blow people up with grenades. I might have made combat sound better than it actually is because it's just standard RPGM combat with no sex/rape system stuffed in it. Once again, look at the cover, like what you see? get it, think she's too small? Go play something else
  • Swan song of the White Angels (previously THE WRATH OF GAYMAX) (rape and... Honestly I don't even know bondage? Latex? Vore?) Very unique "early 2000s deviant art kid" artstyle. Early on people got baited by the title "gaymax" but the entire game isn't gay at all and all the sex is straight-ish. The porn isn't so much disturbing as much as it is "what the fuck am I even looking at" with the dialogue reading like it's MTL even though it's only available in english. The combat isn't better either, it's just repetitive and your cliche standard RPGM combat, I recommend save-editing and giving yourself stats to power through it so you don't need to suffer through an entire minute of clicking the same choices and watch the slow animations. (also please open command memory in the options if you're gonna play it out of the package). I honestly can't even tell what fetish this game panders to, I know it's a fetish but I physically cannot describe it. Like, Latex-bodymod-vore? If you're into whatever that is move this up to a B because it can be charming, but I'm not so this is staying in D.
  • Slavemaker 3 (Ryona): It might have ranked higher if we were 10 years in the past but in 2025 it's just... bad, you can get a similar experience just browsing r34 from the unique lack of art style that comes from smashing everything together like a shitty mugen game, the slave part is mildly entertaining though which is what saves it from E.
  • Nursery Dimension (Rape, also fucking insects): do you enjoy menus so abhorrent you need to quit the game to exit them? Do you enjoy being stunlocked by porn? Well look at this. If they fixed the menu and removed the stunlock it'd be at C or maybe bottom of B but at the moment (and in the future because it's so old it's never getting updates), but the game is almost unplayable with how bad it is, Combat doesn't have feeling to it and enemies are average, only compliment I can give is that the CG belongs in a B-C teir game. Just. treat it like a glorified CG gallery if you try it, the plot isn't worth putting yourself through that torture to get into.
  • NTR sex with bunny girl?! Strip poker in casino! : Title is a scam you don't get to play poker you only get to play high and low, funnily enough if you play the game without saving the only way to see the porn CG is to win high and low roughly 30 times in a row you have to succeed 30 49.5% odd rolls in a row or in other words you have a 1.47×10^-12 probability to win or literally 1 in 680 trillion odds, if he just took cash he'd win 8 x 10^37 yen, that is literally more money than in circulation around the entire world, literally if you had as much money as every grain of sand on planet earth he'd still be 100 quadrillion times richer. Meaning somehow the bunny girl is actually in the right here. She should've gone all in. But the big question is, did she give him an experience worth 10 undecillion yen? No, Not really, she's stuck in basically one position for the last 5 sex scenes and most of them just have a looping voice despite most of the starting and prologue dialogue being completely voiced for whatever reason. The CG itself is D teir at best but the voice acting carried it up to C, infact the VA is probably the best part about this game in general. If you liked the thumbnail, give it a shot, otherwise don't bother
  • Torture Chamber (Guro, Ryona) this might upset some people that I'm rating it so low but it's true, the game is kind of janky and while it is fun at first the fun practically evaporates entirely after 5 minutes once you realise you're playing a the equivalent of smack the buddy but with anime girls on a janky platform. It could be someone else's treasure though so if you're far more creative than me, give it a shot. But those with a small and limited imagenation such as myself should stick with more concrete games.
  • Core Awaken - HexDesire Princess YUKA (soft Ryona): more of a game than an H game, if we were rating on pure gameplay this would get an A but alas the lack of quantity for porn makes it subpar, the action is on point hits feel like they have an impact and I actually played it unironically for the gameplay for a few hours. The porn is mostly an afterthought here (porn animations look more like someone smashing two polygons together) with graphics that look like it came out of a PS1 game. but the few CG it does have feel earned despite being pretty underwhelming. Thus giving it the D tier, by all means, it's a "good{" action platformer game but not a good porn game.
  • Blood School (Guro): typical RPG maker walk-around and get-raped simulator, the "horror" doesn't land after the first time and the CG is of bad quality, not much more to say about this game it is just painfully mediocre in basically every aspect of it's existence.
  • Seed of the Dead (Guro, mostly Ryona): a far cry from its sequel cousin, Seed of the Dead (the first game) is lacklustre by comparison, a barely playable FPS shooter with a few levels and a handful of CGs, with the very notable and jarring transitions from ps2 model anime girls to 2D being a major put off for me, it might have been ranked higher but there is simply no reason to play this over its cousin.
  • Time loop NTR (NTR): quite fun and a personal favourite of mine (the concept is super fun and the gameplay itself is suprisingly smooth), but I cannot in good faith put it higher than D, the CG is repetitive, there is no voice acting, gameplay involves repeatedly pressing buttons over and over and all your "rivals" are just the same two character types but with a different dick, yes there is a dick collection system in this game, no it's not about cutting them off and putting them on a wall, give it a try if the concept is intriguing but do not expect to be blown away by the art or by the incredible gameplay. Also there is this "training" system where you can train her to be an exibitionist or whatever but I cannot figure out how to increase that to the point where she actually removes her cloth and honestly it's just too much trouble to be worth it.
  • Welcome to the Sexy bar (NTR): you're in debt and must pay it off before your big bad loan shark goes in to repossess your girls and fuck them with his monster dick, also has a sillouete system that this developer loves so much, gameplay is completely, objectively horrible (90% of the time you can't even tell what you're doing because of MTL and you gotta wait a solid few seconds for it to work and tell you half of what you need to know). the CG is laughably low effort aswell, overall an experience to be sure, maybe not a good one.
  • Slave farm maker (Guro): There is no plot and the gameplay involves making a slave farm, the fun for me began and ended with placing the slaves down and looking at the animations. If you want to make screenshots of your perfect slave farm then this is the game for you but I want a reason to do things most of the time in the games I play.
  • The cross-dressing Detective 2 (Ryona): The character spins around like you're having sex in the middle of an earthquake and the camera moves around like a hummingbird on meth. Do NOT play this game if you have epilepsy because it will probably kill you. The gameplay itself is garbage, possibly some of the worst I've played, it is a 2D side scroller set in a 3D world where you turn around manually using movement keys, I understand what the creator was going for but this was possibly the worst implementation of the idea he could have come up with. The only reason it belongs in D is because the CGs are fun to watch even despite the shaking if you load a completed save.
  • A Mom's Life (NTR): the artstyle is charming (if you squint hard enough) but the gameplay is tedious and despite how simple the game is I have somehow encountered 3 game crashing bugs. yes, 3. Absolutely horrendous programming and minor game quirks gives it a very unpolished feel overall despite being on version 3.x.x but the art itself is alright if a bit generic and just... bad. I could call it charming but it feels like the artstyle changes for every sex scene so it's a gamble if you get the sexy one, the cutesy one or the "vaguely humanoid blobs" one. But if you're into mom NTR, can live with the bugs and enjoy the artstyle give it a shot, the game is an hour or two at best and it was overall somewhat enjoyable.
  • Undercover Girl (Rape): Painfully generic side-scroller game where you play as a school girl beating up molesters on a train with ok animation and CG, there is just not much to say about this game it's not "good" but it's not offensively bad enough to write a ton, it's the kind of thing you play for 30 minutes and forget for the rest of your life. There's probably a better way to spend your time but for a short game it's probably ok,
  • The Shameless Squadron Pink Woman (Rape): Booting it Up will introduce you to a hilariously low-budget theme song that felt like it would be sung during a middle school talent show and that is about the best part of this game. The CG isn't bad but the animation is just stretching the characters out with a distortion effect and the background NPCs are all poorly modelled 3D characters which give a weird contrast with your 2D enemies and avatar, it's quite enjoyable in a "so stupid it's funny" kind of way which is saving it from the E rank. Go play its cousin in the B rank if you're looking for a super sentai parody.
  • The Outpost (Necrophilia, does that count as guro?): Probably the worlds most convoluted RPGM project I've ever seen, I had to restart the game 6 times before getting it right and reread the tutorial 4 times, but the general ghist of it is, you play as a commander and manage your clones, I literally cannot get into detail about the gameplay without this turning into 5 paragraphs of rambling so I'll skip on it and talk about the CG and why it's in D, the CG is 3D and honestly kind of garbage, most of it is just simple variations of the same model but with a different sex position and hair colour, there's no voice acting to speak of either. I wouldn't recommend it for the porn value alone (it's mostly a slideshow) and I'd just say give the authors fanbox a try if you're into that stuff.
  • Kio's adventure (guro, no link unfortunately): I learned of this games exsistence from a youtube video that pretended this was a horror game saying "game so scary it was delisted from steam!". turns out it was delisted not for being horrifying but instead for being a blatant guroge. But if so why is it in the D teir? Simple, the guro part of the guroge sucks and the horror aspect is so weak even someone like me who shits himself going into haunted houses played through the entire thing stone-faced. The CGs aren't sexy, they aren't even really scary either, the atmosphere is pretty good I guess but that's about where the praise ends because halfway through even that is removed for a more funny atmosphere. If you want to see how the game plays manlybadasshero has a full playthrough on youtube. My biggest gripe is the fact that it can't decide if it's a horror game, a guroge or a silly rpgm project.

    (Rape): AI CG and no english translation, I honestly do not know why I even played this game it teeters on the edge of being put in E but the AI CG at least looks better than everything in the teir beneath it (even if it looks like a slideshow and only has a handful of CGs) so into D it goes, there's supposed to be a "puzzel" element but considering I finished the entire game without even understand any of the text it truely goes to show how horrible it is (and I googled every puzzel in skyrim). if you saw the thumbnail and suddenly realised you had an awfully specific fetish for girls in goth highschool uniforms then go ahead but otherwise save yourself 5 bucks and don't play this game.
E:
  • Eliminator Kaede (Soft Ryona): this might be controversial (it ceartenly has a cult following) but the game itself is objectively horrible, there is practically no porn to speak of unless you have a piss fetish or enjoy collecting and piecing together 2 CGs of average quality, the gunplay is boring, and there is no real lore to be told via the environment either, the sniper minigame makes me want to smash my monitor in and the levels itself are repetitive after a few minutes, combined with no voice acting makes it an incredibly subpar porn game who's only redeeming factor is it's slightly above average gunplay, for which I would point you towards left for dead or another similar title, it would have ranked even lower if you wished to pay the original 30 dollar price tag on DL site.
  • Dungeon of Revival/ Dungeon of Meat (Guro): same shit different wrapper, it's almost the same game but with a different tone, parkour in this game is quite common but it is absolutely horrible and incredibly janky, the "sex" looks less like intimacy and more like someone is smashing two polygons together. The lore itself is however pretty great and the game has excellent environmental storytelling, for a game where you know of basically nothing and no dialogue occurs it gets the story across quite well and might be worth playing for that alone, just make sure you are prepared for some of the worst puzzle design and parkour probably ever made.
  • Nursery Clicker (rape): it's just garbage, there is exactly 1CG and like 6 cloths you can give her, that's all the porn. I 100% the game with all achievements in under an hour and it doesn't even have fun cookie clicker mechanics (once again I finished the entire game with all upgrades in under an hour), there's only one unit of production, tentacle (similar to the cursor in cookie clicker except without all the othher units) and the flavor text is ok at best. This feels like it could've been made as a 2005 flash game. I can say though the only CG in this game looks better than others in the E teir (about B teir quality) but that's about the only compliments I can give to it.
  • Invaders from Space (Guro): MTL, has no real gameplay and CG that looks horrible, the game is also dead. My biggest complaint is that you need to manually go up and down floors and move around the map to continue a CG scene instead of just making it one scene. It is awkward to play, Dialogue is awkward to read as you must wait for the MTL translator to work (and even then it's usually poorly written), the movement controls are janky and the gameplay is non-existent. It deserves the low tier it is getting.
  • No honour (Rape): a mid-tier 2D side-scrolling shooter with like 6 CGs, its gameplay is OK but nothing to write home about and you're certainly not here for the 6 pixel art CGs, which grants the question of "why play it".
  • Village Girl's NTR adventure (NTR): same shit different wrapper, this is NTR house with even less polish and a even worse card game system, same critiques apply except this has been pushed out of it's own niche by it's own developer so sadly there is no point in you ever playing this besides if you're somehow a weirdo who loves how the CG looks (this game has some of the ugliest CGs produced by this circle and that's saying a ton considering it looks like a slideshow drawn by a tired 16 year old with only a theoretical knowledge of sex at it's best) Or somehow geniunely enjoys playing enshitified hearthstone but with only spell cards.
F:
  • Bee War (Rape): This is it, this is truly the bottom of the barrel AFTER you dug through all the wood. Movement is stiff attack animations are way too long to wind up and there is no knockback. All monsters charge at you until they are dead meaning it is physically impossible to win most of the fights in this game and you aren't able to dodge them either being a side scroller, so your only option is to face tank the damage and charge forward. And that doesn't even work late game because you get raped on touch by those monsters when your outfit breaks, no I-frames afterwards either so monsters just group up together to run a train through you with no counter. The game would be unfinishable if you didn't respawn at the same place you died with full health. Flying enemies are also just physically unkillable, you can't hit them with your moveset. Even the porn itself is lacklustre as the death CG is random and usually doesn't even include the insect that finally did you in. And for the final icing on this cake. There is no end, it just abruptly cuts to the credits almost as if the author never imagined anyone would be dumb enough to finish it.
  • SLG where you play baseball fist with girls everywhere (unlinked because it's maleware): bottom of F teir not because the game sucks (as much as I hate to admit it it was pretty fun) but because it straight up gave me a cryptominer. This entry will be removed when the mods get rid of it or moved higher when the mods upload a clean version. But for now stay far, far away.

Didn't play it because I'm not a furry tbh, but from what I see in the screenshots it looks fun enough if you're into text based porn games. If I had to rank it (despite never trying it and not being a furry) It'd probably be next to degrees of lewdity as they are similar games (but this one is more furry)
