Right! I see that it was provided there 3 hours ago. I just downloaded it, and I'll give it a try. Thanks for that info.Of course they are gonna have a patch and its has already been uploaded to lewdpatcher.

On the other hand, without incest it will make it a bit easier to solve that pesky incest-problem.The developers of the game won't provide an incest patch. Some unrelated 3rd party will be, call it the incest-patch fairy or whatever you want.
There were a few scenarios in which between they were going back and forth as to how to de-incest, but it was always fall on Patreon if they accept the new scenarios or not. The story still makes sense even with the changes, but it's need a few adjustments here and there. The biggest issue Ptolemy had was the "Why do they have to hide it if it's not incest", without changing the core of the story too much, reworking something this big from scratch was never an option.
Yeah, but the other hand, a new problem arose. Why would they need to be secretive in front of their friends, parents and co-workers about it? They wanted to have a scenario that makes sense with the non-incest version as well, instead of the infamous taboo relationship between landladies and tenants or roommates. On the other hand, without incest it will make it a bit easier to solve that pesky incest-problem.
I wish more dev's would get the hint that there are other options like Mr. DOTS did. I've tried to tell quite a few dev's and they'd rather the censorship of Patreon than the scary unknown of a new subscription serviceYou raise a good point. However, several incest games began before Patreon imposed their restrictions. Also, for a long time it was the only convenient place for developers to sell their games. It still is, if the rules are complied with. Which is why developers who switch their incest games to other hosts (like Mr. Dots) still maintain a page on Patreon for their non-incest games, in order to maintain that revenue source. Plus, many developers find the convenience of Patreon so alluring, that they work out patches for their incest games, or just hope they can sneak by without notice, which worked for this game for a year and a half... and for 10 months since it actually became an incest game.
Patreon is probably the most accessed site for subscribing to porn games. All others are relatively new and unknown to most. Thus, you will hardly find a game here on F95 whose developer does not have a link to a Patreon page, be it an incest game or not.
The appeal of a reliable and well-known revenue source is a strong incentive. Money talks and developers listen. Better the devil you know than the unknown option that you don't.I wish more dev's would get the hint that there are other options like Mr. DOTS did. It's not only the Dev's you have to "get on board", you also need to convince the people who are doing the donating/subscribing that they can trust a less mature site with their financial transactions. Because in some legal regions it is difficult to permanently halt an existing periodical payment arrangement without the receiver's agreement.I wish more dev's would get the hint that there are other options...
Thing is, SubscribeStar or PayPal (Two examples of other subscriber options) aren't that new, there's also options through Discord. That ones also through PayPal. So they're not all that new and they're insured. So I hope the dev gives one of them a try. Reliable becomes relative when you're worried you could be dropped for a bullshit morality clause. The appeal of a reliable and well-known revenue source is a strong incentive. Some day one or more of these newer sites will surpass Patreon, but that day hasn't come close to happening yet.
I'm not pretending it is, but as greyelf stated, you'll have to convince a broad customer base that it isn't. Add to that a certain dislike of many to use multiple platforms for essentially the same service, and it'll probably take some time until you can get the same income there.Let's not pretend SubscribeStar is givemymoneytothatguy.com.
You mention PayPal, but PayPal is the problem. Or, more specifically, the credit card companies pulling PayPal's strings. They're the ones who forced Patreon to change their rules.Thing is, SubscribeStar or PayPal (Two examples of other subscriber options) aren't that new, there's also options through Discord. Please do not mention PayPal as a solution. I know from sad, first-hand experience that PayPal is (if not at) quite near the bottom of the dilemma that developers and their subscribers find themselves in. As a result, I have resigned from their service, much as it was convenient for other purposes. I will never again pay for anything through PayPal.Thing is, SubscribeStar or PayPal (Two examples of other subscriber options) aren't that new, there's also options through Discord. Yeah, unless you're a big company with some weight (and a good team of lawyers) don't use paypal in a professional (or semi) way.Ok, so PayPal is out apparently. Honestly not too informed there apparently. SubscribeStar however has been picking up businesses left and right, especially after Patreon started dropping political opinions it disagrees with from it's service as well. It censors not only content but political discourse. Just all around a bad company to do business with.
