You need to have Natya, Serade and Penelope. Therese needs to be out of the dungeon, You also need to have the Fate Ender. After that end the day and it should trigger

Northmarket manor's dungeon, and sometimes quest with auto trigger don't trigger (or hide from Quest log), because of bugs or wrong varibles (if you cheated).
If you know how to change variables inside in the game then you can fix it otherwise you can post you're save and either I or someone can help you.
//Little Edit... (my bad xd) Talk to Florine/Alina at the Front Hall inside Northmarket Manor in you haven't done it yet (that may also fix ur problem.)

Here's what the Wiki WT says:
Now, head back to the library in the middle section of the palace. You'll find a fake bookshelf at the top of the room blocking your way. At the lower shelf, you'll find a note with some hints:
Three lines, two parallel. --> Find the book that starts with the letter H: Hellbringer, the opener of ways, top left corner.
The sound of a rusty doorhinge. --> I guess elves squeak? The book Elven Paths, middle row rightmost book.
Two hockey sticks. --> I have no idea what that means. Lachesis Key, the thrid book from the left, lower row.
Say the name of my home --> Leading the way: A Basic Guide to Personel Management, top row, rightmost book.
You can reach each book of the library, but to open the door you need to pull these in the right order. The passage opens and with the barriers already gone, you can pass through to the Casino.
What is the correct order for pulling the books? I've tried many different combinations with the 4 books above and with no luck?!
Update: The order of the books is correct but have to hear a beep after each one is pulled, before the false bookcase will slide open. Note: If you don't hear a beep when pulling the 1st book (Hellbringer), then your are fubarred!

Well everyday i go to the montser field OK thr mountain in eastfort and slime area they also in the fairy forest and the ghost tomb and the tower during shipping disaster also fairy village and then there's that mine yeah you could go to those area they respawn enemy eve ryday and greatest for griding exp also include the daily quest thanks to that I'm iver the recommended Lil for most quest and get alot more money from monster drops and never run out of theories.
I've been doing the areas since ver. 33 (the last time I played). How do I fix the bug from "who's afraid of the dark" level 30+, where you attempt to rescue the elves? [after the gas level, bottom level was too dark to see more than a couple light lines (the bridge?), and ALL scenes are now too dark to really see. [inventory and party screens are fine, just the indoor/outdoor tiles] Saving and restarting did NOT fix that game, but opening older saves were fine)
I need the Small Cider from Lumberhill Inn, but the inn is destroyed. Can someone check their save on a save editor to tell me the Item # of Small Cider so I can add it? Much appreciated.
Everytime I start the tutorial dungeon when trying to challenge the last room, game freezes I don't know if due to overlapping of NPC with my character. I have tried a fresh install, I have not used any save editors yet it continuously freezes at this part. This is with the new patch applied. Also I have tried in both easy and normal modes.

Just go to https://f95zone.to/threads/rpg-maker-save-editors.51/ and download their save editor, then open your save in their program and add Small Cider (under "Item" category ((there is no need for Variables) and it's easier.)

From what I can tell, you can only access it later in the game.
(after some quests? I remember one involving going through a fence to get past the guards)

It's after exactly that quest, one with three boss fights, ending with a vampire with three forms. It is pretty much a story climax of its own.

That Quest is called "Looking For A Cure" and to start is you have to have "Raped" Gargan and Raina in you're harem (you get Gargan raped after finishing "The Virgin Gynocide")
(just a friendly tip... have Larelle because that way you can skip Boss Fight and have Threesome insted) or just fight him, it's up to you.
Before that Quest just prepare because you'll need tons of heals and heal potions.
