The fix is very simple. Download and install the RPG Maker VXAce run-time packages.

I'm betting that 90% it's because you haven't gone back to the cave in the beginning to defeat the boss there, as long as you've progressed far enough. After that, you need three shards and to sleep at an inn (try the Topa one after a private event).

Is there a way to reduce the encounter rate? Like with an item or a cheat,anything. I cant fucking take 3 steps without having to fight
There's an item in the second floor of the Topa inn, in the Beginner's Hall chest that allows you to avoid all encounters when equipped. Code is in the Read Me.

erm i didnt level up enough and now i cant beat the pirate dante, i really dont want to restart at this point... i cant level up either becuz i cant fight mobs to level up...
