Well, lesbian sex bores me and therefore I don't like watching it, and I don't like LIs fucking with a strapon. So right now Sakura's route doesn't excite me.
If I am forced to watch threesome scenes with lesbian content, that's fine, I can accept it, as long as the lesbian sex is minimal and the MC is the center of the LIs: The more lesbian sex, the greater the possibility that it will activate the CTRL and I skip the scene, if this kind of scenes start to repeat a lot in the game, then it's best to leave the game.
EDIT:
I just verified that the scene with the strapon is unavoidable. I hope Sakura's route doesn't continue this way, I liked the LI, and I'd rather avoid more scenes like this (which of course I've skipped without seeing)

Have to disapoint you. When you two went down on Kasumi the scenes with next two girls will be doubleteaming with her on other girls too, then we go to the twins where first half is all three go down on you and after that they line up and you both fuck them side by side.
Then next scene with ai is overpowering Sakura and so instead Sakura going to feel the strap on. Then there is a scene with her talking about contraceptives and a next going with her to the store and that is it so far.

I think I'll do the Sakura scenes when I'm forced to and not before. And if they don't force me to do it at any time, better.
I played this entire game so you don't have to - here are my thoughts:
Grinding: I think the majority of people are completely over the whole sandbox grinding thing, for example - I'm on day 220 and finally finished all the content. That's WAY too many days to grind.
Animations: There are none. Except, there is ONE. Out of every scene in this game, there is ONE animation, with Kaori. That is it. Otherwise it's just static pictures with the words "Slurp...Mmh..suck...Nnh...Slurp..."
Models: The biggest drawback - This is the most generic group of girls that I think I've ever seen in a game - they literally just went to Koikatsu's 'create character', changed the hair, hair color and eye color, some skin color here and there and breast size, but that's literally it. There is literally not a single girl in this game that I was like, "oh I can't wait to get with her!". Yes, what I'm about to say sounds strange but this is a porn game everyone - literally every single nipple and vagina is exactly the same. Have you seen one of the girls naked? Congrats, you've literally seen them all naked then.
The last thing I want to harp on is the save slots - you seriously limit the saves we have? 15 pages - ok, on paper that seems like enough, but there are so many better games on this site that don't limit them, why this one? Why would you actively do that?
All in all, I played this game to it's fullest so you don't have to - I cannot recommend this game in it's current state. This needs alot of work.

Just like Corrupted Kingdoms and Harem Hotel and all the multiple eroge VNs there gonna be no eyes cause eyes are the window to the soul so unless you say in the story or some meta moment that you are the one reincarnated into this body eyes showing means not you but different character.

Well, immersion is more complicated for me when I don't see the eyes than when I see them. The eyes say a lot about the character, so seeing them helps me put myself in his shoes. When I don't see the eyes, it gives me the impression of seeing another character that is not the MC. I've certainly gotten used to it happening, but I still don't like it.

Since the delete thing does not work, you can go into the folders and do it (the game/saves folder, as well as the one in AppData), or just save over it.
It is odd that the delete thing got disabled, I assume it was related to the way they increased the number of saves, didn't take that into account.
