You've seen everything an event has to offer when it's name looks like this. As far as images and scenes, you can check the gallery to see if there's anything locked. If something's locked, it'll have a hint when you mouse over it to help unlock it. Between both of those, that's everything the game has to offer.

You should check the character menu, since I'm guessing you probably haven't upgraded any perks. At least, that's my guess. The game is no where near that grindy. I think this confirms that I should add in some helpful hints if I can diagnose players missing a key component of the game that makes progression easier.
