Well if you are talking about incest and family relations, Patreon is a bit gray. My take on their rule is if the sex is forced on a family member it is banned. If it is part of a consenting relationship with a family member like in Game of thrones it is tolerated. Here is their statement from their rules on 18+ material...

The story is progressing very well, as you know I am writing the story as I go along and I think this chapter is on the right track. As I have already told you, this chapter will be mainly about Amelie but that doesn't mean that there will be no contact with the other characters, making a chapter exclusively about Amelie is impossible at this early point of the story.

I don't really have hopes tbh. If the dev wants this game to gain in popularity and last awhile they can't rush the sex with Amelie. I have a feeling we're going to get a lot of sex with other people before the MC finally gets to be with her, similar to the game away from home (which took too long) otherwise what do people have to anticipate?

It would be nice if the dev got rid of the forced sex with Lauren and let players skip her completely. Not a fan of games which don't give the player a choice.

she is not off-limits, she is one of the main love interests of the game, but we can't hook up with her just yet. Maybe in future updates.
