I can't see what's wrong so I've passed the save file over to the dev to see if she knows what's missing.

Okay, so in the PDA, character's are showing up that you haven't met yet, so the consensus is that you used an old save or your save is corrupted. My advice is to start again. As it's still EP1, you won't be going through too much content.

Interesting. I did notice the yet-to-be-met characters, although I actually started fresh and didn't use an old save. They just automagically appeared for no apparent reason. I guess I'll just wipe it off the disc, re-download and start afresh.

Type %appdata% either on the search bar on windows 10 or on the top bar in the explorer, open the RenPy folder, then the Heavy Five folder and delete everything inside
Also go to your Heavy Five game folder, open the game folder (as in named game), then the saves folder and delete everything here too (those are the backup saves)
You shouldn't need to delete the whole game

It is a different skin and Notty stayed as close to original as possible, also with better lighting. Unfortunately the smallest changes can feel great or bad to anyone,
Is the actual skeleton/skin the same (polygon base)? Because if so, just shows how much makeup and lighting can change things. If you compare the two, you can see slight changes in things like eyebrows, but for me I see the biggest change in the nose. The bridge of the nose looks fatter, whether due to lighting or size don't know.

Yeah, everything else about her is the same, the skin and maybe hair changed a bit, but the model should be the same in all other ways. The biggest change is the lighting, she can now render the whole scene at once, with natural lighting, where before she was having to render it a piece at a time, and put them together in something like photoshop. Crazy how much some small details make.

An update of sorts on render counts for CH2 Remastered
That includes animations in that number.
