Downloading. I'd gotten a bit behind on H5, can't wait to see what Nottravis has done with it! I confess to being another one that can somehow manage to choose either the least exciting or most jinxed paths in any game, but somehow I manage to do fairly decently with H5, at least on the old version. I'm honestly excited about this remaster

The cheating tag is there because one women cheats on her husband with the MC but it is completely optional and there isn't much with her content yet anyway.

And as not nativ englishspeaker it is right hard to read trough all that stuff. And i dont think i am understand the storiy in general. So they crashed on the planet, there are some promlems, something with a gererator, watertanks and batteris. Hmmm, skip this. So less sandbox, less text. Make the game great again.

I swear I must be going down some incredibly cursed path, aside from the freeroam I haven't encountered anything different from pre-remaster in chapter 2 and 3.

You sir have a really bad memory ; and no excuse since the original chapter 3 is still downloadable.

Just on example among the many...

Original chapter 3 "briefing" before the MC start searching Amanda :
Everyone is inside. Kelly is happy to see her brother (the MC), and share with Sarah (or was it Annie) some stories about her brother past ; including one where he offered to her hamster a place in a paper plane.

Remastered chapter 3 "briefing" before the MC start searching Amanda :
Everyone is outside. Kelly is shocked to see her brother, and talk with no one.

More basically, Kelly is a radically different person in the original version and the remastered one. Originally she's happy to see her brother, and want to befriend everyone since they share her beloved brother's life. But in the new version, she's unhappy to see him, and act as a bitch with everyone because it's their fault if he's where he shouldn't be.



There's also a (more than welcomed ) change if you go in search of Amanda with Sarah, and let her enter the cave she found. And I'm not talking about the fact that you now have a fight there.

Permit me to disagree with you.

Of course, there isn't this much sex, yet, in the game. But it's an adult game, which doesn't necessarily mean that it will be a porn game. As for the text, it's a deeply story driven game, therefore it is to expect that, the more you'll advance in the game, the more you'll see text.
And finally, the sandbox part is, from my point of view, what make the game even greater than it was before the remastering. It now not just limit to the story, which provide more entertainment.

But of course, it doesn't mean that it will necessarily please you. Everyone is different and have his own personal taste.
Yours is a lot of porn scenes with really few story, and it's totally your right to want this. But it happen that it's not what this game is, nor what this game was.
Therefore, well, it just mean that it's one of the game that isn't for you, and there's nothing wrong in this. Just don't play it, there's enough games that fit your taste around there to entertain you. And thanks for having texting it, despite the fact that it clearly wasn't what you're searching in a game.

This really isn't the game for you.

It's heavily story based, always was, if you aren't getting it then it isn't going to get any easier from here on out and there is going to be a LOT more text.

So after playing the update for a few hours, I can say that I found most of the hidden content of chapter 3 (and man, were some of them hidden well). Most of them got a laugh out of me, especially the Channel 7 content. Shame that you don't have much time to do more things in one playthrough but I liked that you address it at the end of the chapter.

I'm a bit puzzled as to why at the end of the night, your only option is to go play VR games with Sarah, when before that, you had to carefully choose with whom to spend time with.

My only complaint would be that the shooting sections were so short . It was nice that you had to consider your approach when fighting the giant bug but after showing all those impressive guns, I really wanted to try some of them.

It was like showing a full flask of water to a thirsty man in the desert and then he only gets to drink a tea cup's worth.
I'm sure those will become available in the next chapters, though. Can't wait.

I wanted to answer that the others are more serious and so already sleeping, then remembered that Annie is part of the said "others"
But I guess that it's still the reason why Sarah is the only one available. I assume that with the time, and the relation evolving, some other choice will pop-up in the future chapters.

My only complaint would be that the shooting sections were so short .

I saw it at being just an introduction for us to understand the mechanism. Jane talked about four kind of weapons, I expect that you'll have your dose of shooting in the future.

Your answer regarding Sarah actually makes sense. As for Annie, maybe she was too busy with the Vanguard and wasn't in a talkative mood?

Regarding the shooting, I know that it was only an introduction, I tried to clarify this in the spoiler but I botched the process the first time.
