Just on example among the many...
Original chapter 3 "briefing" before the MC start searching Amanda :
Everyone is inside. Kelly is happy to see her brother (the MC), and share with Sarah (or was it Annie) some stories about her brother past ; including one where he offered to her hamster a place in a paper plane.
Remastered chapter 3 "briefing" before the MC start searching Amanda :
Everyone is outside. Kelly is shocked to see her brother, and talk with no one.
More basically, Kelly is a radically different person in the original version and the remastered one. Originally she's happy to see her brother, and want to befriend everyone since they share her beloved brother's life. But in the new version, she's unhappy to see him, and act as a bitch with everyone because it's their fault if he's where he shouldn't be.
There's also a (more than welcomed
) change if you go in search of Amanda with Sarah, and let her enter the cave she found. And I'm not talking about the fact that you now have a fight there.

Of course, there isn't this much sex, yet, in the game. But it's an adult game, which doesn't necessarily mean that it will be a porn game. As for the text, it's a deeply story driven game, therefore it is to expect that, the more you'll advance in the game, the more you'll see text.
And finally, the sandbox part is, from my point of view, what make the game even greater than it was before the remastering. It now not just limit to the story, which provide more entertainment.
But of course, it doesn't mean that it will necessarily please you. Everyone is different and have his own personal taste.
Yours is a lot of porn scenes with really few story, and it's totally your right to want this. But it happen that it's not what this game is, nor what this game was.
Therefore, well, it just mean that it's one of the game that isn't for you, and there's nothing wrong in this. Just don't play it, there's enough games that fit your taste around there to entertain you. And thanks for having texting it, despite the fact that it clearly wasn't what you're searching in a game.

This really isn't the game for you.
It's heavily story based, always was, if you aren't getting it then it isn't going to get any easier from here on out and there is going to be a LOT more text.

So after playing the update for a few hours, I can say that I found most of the hidden content of chapter 3 (and man, were some of them hidden well). Most of them got a laugh out of me, especially the Channel 7 content. Shame that you don't have much time to do more things in one playthrough but I liked that you address it at the end of the chapter.
I'm a bit puzzled as to why at the end of the night, your only option is to go play VR games with Sarah, when before that, you had to carefully choose with whom to spend time with.
My only complaint would be that the shooting sections were so short. It was nice that you had to consider your approach when fighting the giant bug but after showing all those impressive guns, I really wanted to try some of them.
It was like showing a full flask of water to a thirsty man in the desert and then he only gets to drink a tea cup's worth.
I'm sure those will become available in the next chapters, though. Can't wait.

Becca as an avatar for the dev is, for most players, a nice touch as it installs a sort of relationship between us and Nottravis and it gives to the whole game another layer of complexity. You don't have to like it, of course, but know that many do, and that's okay too.

Well true I just think after each chapter is a bit much and alotta work to put in...but then again u did put a f.u button in it lol I prob wouldnt mind it if like it didn't feel like it took u away from the game....like if mc dreamed talking to her and woke up each chapter and thinks what a wired dream lol .... something like that were it doesn't feel like it's just another dev taking u away from the game with all the HEY I WANNA BUG YOU FOR A SEC TO EXPLAIN SOMETHING.....sorry it triggers my hate for tutorials haha

I'm generally working on it every day to a greater or lesser extent. Things like batch render etc help a lot of course, but the PC is almost always running and rendering something 24/7 which probs explains why I keep knackering it ofc
As to the animation posing it varies. Some of the more small simple ones are just start at X on the timeline and finish at Y, but the lewd animation in VR for example did require an awful of frame by frame manipulation especially things like the close up penetration. That one part took me most of a day to set up before I was happy with it.
