You didn't see the (spoilered) parts he deleted. He expressed very clear dislike of Trisha as the main reason he wasn't impressed.

And as for Sarah's scene, I think it's plenty obvious that leaving her alone would result in something...potentially unpleasant. So it is totally avoidable unless the player wants something... unsafe to happen. In my canon play for example, it doesn't happen because my MC comes back to make sure she is safe.

Finally part four, been waiting and waiting and then played some other games while waiting. It's one of the best looking things around and the tale is easy to follow. Keep at it, can't wait when it al comes to a conclusion. but I guess since this is such a detailed and big operation, it will be a while....BIG fan...

The side mission is triggered by going to see the botanist guy, but I did not actually go out on it.

I played the VR path. Now, that I re-played the fight a few time by reloads, I actually won by chance. Is there some kind of secret hint that I haven't noticed to decide when to attack heavy, or is all this actually just random? I don't know why, but from my point of view it is a bad game design if you can only "win" by using such cheats. I also noticed that the stories of the two fights (this one and the one in the last update) are very similar. Even though I've "won" the fight now, I don't feel like I'm really any further in the story.



I cannot find a drill. By storeroom, do you mean the werehouse or the workshop? BTW, Have you find anything usefull to do with the tools in the case (except to laser a hole into the shower wall that is so conspicuously large that it would be downright ridiculous if he could actually observe anything here in the next update)? It all just seems pointless to me. Why the hell do I need a drill when I have a mobile metal cutting laser?

I'm really torn with that decision regarding Sarah. What if it's the trigger she need to unlock her kink and I miss the opportunity of something interesting in the future by caring too much?

I don't think so. Notty wouldn't have a type of content that is very ...kinky to be a requirement for progression down this line. You know how important it is for her to gate sexual content, so that it is not seen by those who don't enjoy that specific type. All content is optional after all.

Since Sarah's "engine" has been ignited I'm sure she'll want to try more. It's not like you flat-out deny her, you just come back to see if she's ok.

If I'm wrong, just blame the walkthrough guy for giving a bad advice.

Original Chapter 3 contains Chapters 1, 2 and 3. Remastered Chapter 2 is being worked on and I would suggest waiting for it since it will have superior graphics, better UI and more content than the original.

I feel it significantly changes what the game looks like and not for the better. (That green is awfully out of place). Most importantly though, it changes the dev's work and the intent behind what the UI should look like. That is no longer just a compressed version, but a modded one.

Defo wait for the remaster. It's an entirely different game both visually and content wise and I don't think the saves from the remastered Two would work with it anyway. *will be as quick as she can be*

yep, transparent textbox, sometimes i put that "mod" into compressed versions..imo it looks better that way, yet it is, as the most things are, a matter of taste at the end.
I've already put a note in "compressed" post explaining how to restore the game boxes to its original look for those preferring it that way.

Well, maybe it would be best to leave matters of taste to the player and keep the game looking as intended by the developer?

Besides that, your modification is not compatible with the game's graphics, as you can see here (I applied my fix so that it's without black box and easily visible). This is not a matter of taste.

Can I ask you to correct it and upload a compressed version that does not include that mod? And, if possible, with the uncompressed gui files, so that players don't need a hotfix.

not a problem...uploaded edited compressed version (text box removed, and compressed gui now should "work" better).
and for the record - yep, it is a matter of taste, Ive played it, and had no big issues with all that "issues".
on the other hand, i can understand you (if you are one of the game developers?), so it is ok to feel that way.

I could have, somehow, accepted it if it was somehow needed, but this game already have a feature letting the player choose the level of transparency he want, the mod was 100% unnecessary.


When I download an unofficial compressed version, I expect to still have the original game, and not an unsaid modded version of it.
And now I'm wondering how many of the games I downloaded in their compressed version I should test again, but in their uncompressed version. Just to be sure that I disliked the game because of itself, and not because of some liberties that the compressor took without warning the players about them.

Honestly, I feel betrayed and, because of you, lost faith not only in all the compressors, but also in the uploaders. Are you the only one to change the game, whatever how small can be the alteration, in addition to compressing the images ? Is there uploaders who do the same ?

Despite it being a pirate forum, I always saw F95zone as a place place where both games and their authors were respected. And now, thanks to you, I'm not sure that it's still a reality.
I'm not sure that, when I download a game, what I get is really what the author released, and not some personal vision of an uploader or a compressor.

Maybe not big issues, but they were issues nonetheless and they were unnecessary. One would expect the compressed version doesn't alter user interface design. What one expects is slightly reduced quality at the benefit of a small download size, not a modded game.

What's the purpose of that mod anyway? The textbox is transparent in this game by default. There is even an opacity slider built for it in-game, so that you can change it to your liking.

Uh, not sure what you mean? Previous level was a training combat in the arena against Sarah. This is the first level of the campaign.

Didn't do anything with the engineer, her I'm not interested in the slightest and as such I barely even spoke to her.

The rest actually explains it. I thought the power issue is someone being a traitor, so I'm pursuing that path. Same reason I'm not interacting with the people on the station, I think they are doing some shady shit so I was avoiding them, their experiments and their pills.

For the actual issue addressed ... yes, deffinitely not travis adopted the transparency slider, even without your all mighty renpy expert help.

Transparency / opacity sliders are becoming more and more common, because no AAA game uses the 1/3rd to 1/2lf screen covering text backgrounds since decades ago.

Also, there were always UI changes implemented and/ or anticipated with every rewok, so
uncertainty about what other buttons deffinitely not travis will implement next is
almost a given.

Game is beautiful as always and there were some interesting bits adding to the mystery, it felt a bit underwhelming so far playing (Sarah and Chris romance routes) for such a long wait.Not sure if I should switch to try the CoC as only VR rewards seem mainly creepy/abusive so far. Overall feel I’d like a bit more romance progress at this stage.

Keeping my fingers crossed the Sarah reveal from Annie is evidence that maybe we’ll go from 0 to 100 quickly.
