8" sounds fine for heroic proportions. Like mentioned above, larger than average plumbing looks better in a scene IMO.

6" to 8" are reasonable sizes to me before it becomes a little crazy.

Well I am into the femdom route, and I don't need a micro penis for that. Just like to have it realistic. So 6-7 inches (15-18cm) would be my max, and is in my experience also more attractive to the majority of women. Besides I hope the femdom route would be a lot about tease and denial. My thought for sex scenes was, with most camera angles from an elevated height, you have to deal with perspective issues like foreshortening. In those cases, a larger member helps the physical connection stand out a bit. This wouldn't be a major problem for animations, since you could still convey power/speed/technique in motion with an average-sized dick and have the scene work well. But if still images play an important part in sex scenes, then it could be a little underwhelming.
Again, not reflective of what size feels best for actual sex, but what might work for cinematic purposes. Like in porn, I'm pretty sure a lot of those positions aren't actually that comfortable for both parties, but they do it anyway for the viewers' pleasure.

8 inches sounds decent and assuming the MC isn't short & scrawny-looking. Another thing to possibly consider is if the characters make a big deal out of the size or not in the dialog. Like, is the size is only mentioned rarely or is it always bought up by characters during naughty times. Maybe in the middle, maybe 1 character likes to talk dirty.
Yeah, with this crew, I can see them chatting it up about that kind of thing pretty often.

It certainly is to me. Although I have to say, that in adult game terms, 8 inches is by far not the worst. Still given that it seems that roughly only 1 in 200 males has a penis of at least 8 inches, I am not sure your size (have you really measured it btw? ) can be taken as a standard here.Concerning being the toughest, biggest, bestest or whatever, I don't see the connection to penis size here.
